Raj is awesome. I came in for literally one minute or less to drop off an Amazon return. He made me smile and made my day with his friendly attitude, subtle humor, and extreme efficiency. We need more people like this in the world.

Bad customer service!
I called and asked what time the notary is available, they said until 4 pm. I asked specifically if they have a break to make sure I can get service when I come in, the reply is “no breaks”. I come in and they said they’re on a break. Worst thing is the guy was smiling the whole time like he enjoyed telling me off. Also, he’s the notary, yet he said he can’t help me because the other person just went on a break and “he needs to help other people” although there was no one when I walked in. UPS check your employee integrity! This was today aug 17.

This store is good for nothing.
My cousin sent me a courier from this store and the items in the packet were missing. We insured it as it an expensive item and it's something connected with my grand ma (pased away 2 months ago). The package was delivered and the items in the package were not there. They didn't even start claim process, we followed up twice and went to the store. I don't even understand why we took insurance when they're not responding on our complaint. If you're okay even if the items are lost, then only go to this store. I wish they help us at least in complaint/ claim process. The lost items are worth >$10000. Apart from this, store people never answer the call. I don't know what they do apart from being irresponsible.
Update :even after sending email, trying to contact phone, there’s no response from ups or the store. After paying, $287 for insurance, this is what we received. I lost items and Fremont ups store or ups company not responding and troubling customers. Be careful while using this store and ups. Lost items that are worth > $10000

Please look for alternative
Shipped worth of 10k with insurance and the contents were lost. Asked for claim its been a week no response.
No responsibility just avoid this location to be safe.

Raj is very jolly and makes the return easy peasy.
Overall I had great experience at this ups store at Washington Blvd.

Worst experience!! I packed and taped my Amazon return package and the guy in the pic told me my box is not working and he could not provide any reasonable proof at all! He just refused to ship it Idk why! I went to another UPS store and they shipped it in a minute. The staff should be trained more professional or changed.
