BEWARE - DON’T use their services. I am also writing this complaint to BBB and other places. We recently booked a full container load with them to ship our stuff from US to India. Paid heavily. After reaching India, they dumped the entire shipment in our house and went away WITHOUT unpacking and assembling saying it was never included? And their rationale is they expect the customers to know it? And now they want more money to do it leaving our house look like a DUMPYARD. Usha and Sunil are so non empathetic to this situation with old parents at home that it makes me worried about the kind of businesses we have these days. Seriously, save yourself.

Unirelo has been horrible for me till now. They are charging me for volume that I did not sign up for. I moved items between 35 cubic feet to 50 cubic feet. They are asking me pay double or almost up to 150 cubic feet.I asked Sadhana to send me invoice before shipping my items, which was not sent either before shipping.

I did a quick google search when I wanted to move from California, Sacramento to India, Mysore. UniRelo was the first link that popped up and made the call. Usha was so helpful from the moment we made the first call to the time we loaded our stuff to a 20 feet container. UniRelo was very professional about the communication and rules about the things that we could carry and the one with duty. They were also very honest about the container availability due to Covid whereas none of the other companies were mentioning about this. They also helped us make the decision whether to go with LCL or FCL.
This was just half the work, once the container was received in India, Shankar from UniRelo team handled everything for us. Again very professional at the destination too, everything was communicated through emails beforehand helped us with the custom clearance at the Bangalore office too. The India team also were professional with the move and none of the items were damaged. The entire move from US, California to India, Mysore door to door took 63 days. I am very happy with the UniRelo service and highly recommend Unirelo to everyone looking to make the big move.

My experience with Unirelo for shipping from Portland to Bangalore (received in Dec 2020):Qty:10 boxes (50lb each)Cost: $815 + $110 (insurance) + Port charges in India (Rs 8000) + Customs (Rs1000 for me)Time for delivery: 4 monthsPre Shipping: Got a quote online, the instructions were very detailed and was able to clarify questions by calling the rep. Initial quote I got was for 8 boxes but I was able to add 2 boxes later very easily by calling. Before shipping fedex labels and other documentation was sent.In transit: Pickup was on time, they held my shipment in their warehouse for about 30 days before loading to ship. After that I was give a tracking link and I was able to track until the shipment arrived at customs.Customs and final delivery: For me customs port was Bangalore and I got a call few days before about the appointment. I went for the customs and the boxes were randomly inspected by the officer. Original passport is required here so if you are not able to go they'll ask you to courier the passport. After the inspection they assess the customs duty and the same can be paid online. Unirelo rep was at the port to help with that. After duty is paid I got my shipment in 2 days. Items arrived in good condition.Shipment took a bit longer than expected, but overall happy with the experience.

Excellent customer service and they are very prompt in replying to inquiries throught the process! I shipped four boxes from San Francisco to Bangalore and was very professional (right from pickup in SFO), tracking in transit and final loading in India (customs check) and final delivery. Would definitely recommend them

Air freighted my household goods from US to India.
Positives
Good price
Flexible plans
Clear instructions (including during this pandemic period) on the whole process
Very responsive team
Good team to help with customs in India but it can cost a fair bit
Cons
1. Not happy with the insurance provider they are aligned with. When one of boxes went missing with FedEx during the domestic US portion of the travel, the insurance from intertrans insurance was asking repeatedly about how much FedEx would be liable for, rather than processing from their end. Eventually the box was located
2. The connects with FedEx seem to be very transactional and information was limited during the period when the missing box was being located
3. TV was damaged in transport and needs to be scrapped now. However, since Covid times has the packing done by owner, there is no compensation. They explain this.upfront and put it in the contract but it is still very disappointing

Very responsive and friendly company. I had no issues moving from USA to India during the pandemic. My case was weird as I had to get my friends do the packing while I had to rush back due to emergency. It was understood and everyone chimed in during the hour of need and even the person in Bangalore was easy to work with during delivery. Very courteous service.

Transferred from East Coast in U.S. to South India during the Covid pandemic. Total time from sending consignment to getting it at home was about 4 months. Nevertheless, experience went quite smoothly and Unirelo team as responsive to questions and concerns.

I had 6 boxes (25Kg Each) and a 55 inch tv shipped from California to India. I found the service good.
Pros:
Indian staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons:
I wasnt sure how much I will be charged untill the boxes are paletted. There should be some way to know the expense before patelization.
There was a little damage to one of the box but I assume its normal wear and tear.
I recommend the service.

I also wrote this on Sky2C's page. I contracted with UniRelo but Sky2C performed the move. A lot to be desired in terms of communication, follow through and fixing the damages they themselves caused. The move was short from one bay area city to another bay area city. 1. To start, I was told the lead that movers would arrive at 8:30am. The lead informed me when he arrived and through phone calls throughout the morning that the warehouse didn't have sufficient staff in the morning meaning he had to spend time empyting trucks in the morning. Movers arrived at 11am. When I called the sales staff they stated that's an ETA instead of just stating they made a mistake. Unless of course the lead was lying. Either way, someone lied. 2. Two separate items were damaged. It's a move. It wouldn't be unheard of to have an item damaged. Except in this case, both items were damaged due to the direct actions from the crew. Item 1 (desk) was moved to the back of the truck and staged to be loaded on the lift gate. They left the legs slightly over the lift gate edge. One of the crew members started to lift the lift gate causing the desk to slam on it's side. This caused one side of the legs/drawers/etc to get ripped from their screws making the unit unusable. The second item was also caused by the direct actions of the crew. During the unload, a file cabinet was moved from its place on the truck to the back where it was staged to be loaded on the lift gate. One leg was left on the lift gate and the rest of the unit still on the truck. One member of the crew began lowering the lift gate. The file cabinet, since it was not fully stable on the truck, begin sliding off the truck and eventually fell 4-5' from the truck to the lift gate now on the ground. Both items were purchased a year ago and the total value is roughly $900. I have requested full compensatation. At this time, they are only willing to compensate my $96. 3. During the unload, when they were parking the truck, they scratched our parking pad with the lift gate. I am not seeking compensation for this item. 4. In general, I would say of the 4 crew members; 2 of them cared about what they were doing and 2 of them didnt. Please note that I also tried to be as fair as possible with the movers. I even tipped the staff that I saw working hard.

Very happy with my move from New York to New Delhi. Deepa and the team were very helpful in answering my questions and ensuring a smooth process. Nothing major damaged in the move - one minor scratch on one item of furniture. Very satisfied. In fact recommended Unirelo to another one of my friends who is also moving to India.
