I love Ulta; it's where I buy most of my beauty stuff. I haven't been here for a while. The store was clean and well maintained in general. There was a prompt greeting from the same staff who helped me at the register. She was patient, efficient, and pleasant overall. It might be better if she smiled or engaged in a non-transactional brief conversation, like 'How are you doing?' Demy, who helped me on the floor, was constantly offering assistance to customers. She helped me find the right product. This is a highly recommended location.

Today I went to Fremont pacific common branch to cut my hair , but the Afghan lady was so unprofessional and even didn’t know how to cut a better layer cut she just mess with my hairs and charged me 70$ worst experience ever I would not recommend hair cut here by afghans

Natalie was amazing she spent so much time with me...
it was very to find a shade that I was looking for she was trying to match it.
We went through every product that you had one by one by one to and found one that was so close.
I had to tell everyone including her boss
she’s the best!!

My visit to this location was going well at first, that is until I heard some screaming and shouting from the cologne aisle. Intrigued, I went to see what all the fuss was about, and I was greeted by an emotionally distressed middle aged man trying to hide some cologne bottles in his pockets. The moment it saw me, it tried to cover up with this humongous black trench coat as it made a run for the exit. Thankfully, with reverse image search, I found the perpetrator’s social media account and along with it I found them showing off their new “cologne haul”. Good location overall, but stay on the lookout for a bald spotted 30 year old mexican man.

No, I did not go to Ulta. I have not been there in several years. Their floor layout is non-compliant with ADA regulations.
Their accessibility gets an F. Displays are too close together. Aisles are too narrow. Fixtures block aisles. I have repeatedly asked managers to correct accessibility violations. They would move fixtures while I was there, but the next time I came in, the aisles were again, non-compliant. I stopped shopping at Ulta because of ADA accessibility non-compliance.

I had Hair Curling and Everyday Makeup Application done by Mia back in December. I was invited to a holiday party last minute, so I was grateful that a slot opening up in Mia’s schedule. I asked Mia to keep the look natural - it was important that I still looked recognizable. Thank you Mia!

I got my eyebrows done here by Shiva and while she was really pleasant to talk to, I do not think waxing or tweezing brows is her strong suit. I came for an eyebrow clean up and left with a lot of hair still here around my eyebrows and no trimming was done. I don’t know what the $27 charge is for if they’re not even going to trim your eyebrows when you ask for a clean up and leave a bunch of hair unwaxed. I’m going to have to go get my brows done somewhere else shortly and feel like I wasted $27. Look at the pictures. These don’t look like freshly waxed and clean brows.

Came here with my wife where the samples of makeup (specificially lipstick) are highly uncleanly would not recommend going to this location!

I've been an Ulta shopper for years and I love them! The manager Amber is always there to help and answer any and all of my questions. So sweet and knows a lot!
Trinity helped us the other day and was great as well!
