Syed at Trophy Towne was the MVP of our team's end of year dinner banquet last week. I'm the owner and director of Brooks Debate Institute in Fremont, CA. I coach 100+ students, mostly local middle schoolers from Hopkins Jr. High, and every year our team ends the season with a team dinner evening at Dave & Busters. This year I wanted to give out some some end of the year awards and honors and was originally planning to just print certificates. The morning of our event I decided to see if I could get some nice plaques and medals same day and found Trophy Towne on Yelp just down the road.
I showed up to their office just after 11am and asked if it was possible to get custom award plaques and 7 medals made by 7:30pm-- that I hadn't even designed yet. Syed said he could do it and somehow performed a miracle for us. I went home, downed a Red Bull, and designed all 22 plaques and 7 medals. I sent the very last image files over to him at 4pm. All 29 of our awards were ready to pickup just 3hrs later. And my students were really, really, really happy.

The job was to get plaques replaced on some trophies needed for prize distribution, to print and paste appropriate holograms on the trophies and to deliver same day. 5 star for 3 reasons: owner charged us extremely reasonably, was dexterous and street-smart, and kind enough to not charge the school PTA extra for same day delivery. Absolutely impressed with the final job!

Seems like a small mom and pops place but very messy and unorganized. The man there is very nice but if you take someone's expensive order for etching and don't take down their number to let them know the etching print is size 8 on a large item and etch it anyways that's going to piss people off. Please confirm what you're doing on these items, especially if it's a high priced item and there's no way to undo it.

The owner agreed to have my brass tags done by a certain date (for my wedding) and called the night before saying he only had 30 done and if that was acceptable. I told him no and that i needed all of them, he then told me he would have them ready for me by the time i had to leave to LA the next day and gave me the bag of tags as they finished up the last one. As we sorted through them after i had left and paid i found that he misspelled multiple names and was missing 4 of them all together despite being given an excel spreadsheet with the names. I used them because i was in a time crunch but dont suggest anyone else go here.

Syed was a lifesaver. My son forgot to order championship medals for his basketball team and needed to get them engraved by the next day. Syed accommodated us and had 17 medals done the within 24 hrs! Medals and workmanship looked great! Definitely recommend Trophy Town for your engraving needs.

Need to have an engraving done, team shirts printed, cups decorated, trophies, medals etched...search no more! Syed will respond to you here promptly or call him for an estimate. He'll give you a reasonable quote. He has items at his establishment or you can bring your own. The work is done on site. I made an appointment to have a metal plate engraved for a memorial. Syed came through for me, when other places were either closed on the weekends or were going to charge me much more for something simple, but very important and needled immediately. Amazing! Quality work and in such a short time! This time I had a bachelorette present engraved, and was able to pick up my item before I left for the bachelorette weekend! The bride-to-be loved her present a lot and also complimented the quality of the engraving! Will be making Syed my go-to for all my engraving needs :)

I needed 15 trophies for our company event last minute, and Syed came through for us and helped me stay under budget and purchase 3 different beautiful styles and had them ready for pickup in 2 days. Last year we had a limited budget and I was ordering a number of awards for our reading program. The manager helped us look through a number of catalogs to find the perfect items within our budget. Returned again this year and received the same excellent and timely service.

Syed was very helpful from start to finish. my project was so small. I only needed a small plate engraved for my father but even so Syed took care with my request and treated me like i was like any customer big or small. i really appreciated his effort. The results were great and my family was satisfied and happy. Update: Syed actually engraved Chinese characters on there. I sent the the calligraphy font i wanted on PDF file and he did it. We were very happy. This skill and result were rare finds. I hope every culture can tap into this resource in the bay area.
