The store is conveniently located right off 680 and 880. I am so new and never have to deal with paintings, thankfully, I was able to assist it by this staff of thêm and he was super helpful and patient giving me advice to get the right color that I need and helped me match it as closed as possible, Thank you Roman

Put on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes and just hung up since no one was helping. Bad customer. Had an order cancelled from online and haven't gotten back a gift card that was used.

They hosted the kids workshop, they weren't setup didn't even know that they had workshop that morning, didn't have aprons for the kids to wear. Some of the staff there were rude. I would give them zero stars

Very unhelpful. They don't seem to know anything about the equipment they rent. They let me leave without buying a critical item that I needed to use the equipment, so I had to return to get it.

Last Saturday, I needed to get lumber cut and they told me the saw machine is broken and come back. Due to busy schedule throughout the week, I went again today after 7PM and they said there is no one available to cut the board. I was not happy with the response. Luckily, Lowe's is nearby and the assistant helped unloading the board from the shelf and nicely cut it very quickly. 5 thumbs up for Lowe's and 0 for HD.

HI allI ordered six Milgard Windows from Home depot in Fremont. Mr. Yang Tang Helped me with the order. This Guy does not know anything about windows and yet he is the point man for windows. I told him along with my contractor that these are exact sizes for the replacement windows and no additions or substractions. To my surprise 5 of the windows delivered were undersized by 1" in height and width bith ways. One window was undersized in height by 1/2 inch and oversized by 2 inches in width. My contractor was able to install five undersized windows with some filler woods. I ended up with paying $500 more and a window which will not work. Both the managers Greg, Maza and Special order rep Michelle has been passing the buck to resolve the issue and finally to make things worse Greg passed me on to talk to Yang, the guilty party to make the decision. I am going to pursue with Home depot executive team. I am hoping to resove this issue. KIndly consider twice before placing any special order worth Home Depot. Staff over their are new hire and do not have much knowledge about the special products.

As you can see here we have 3 people standing and NOT HELPING to unload the supplies. Excuse the drive he was actually trying to get it closer for it to be easier. Also, it took ANOTHER DRIVER and the same guy with the flags to bring 2 pallets in an hour. Thank fully this gentlemen in the photo knows how to do things correctly!Ohh and there is no staff, NO ONE wants to help! TIP: If YOU are new and not sure on how to add codes/ something else, ASK FOR HELP!!! Trust me it avoids stress on the customer and yourself and time.

My aunt and uncle, who are in their 70's, went to this store on 11/26/2022 to order flooring for their bedroom. They found what they wanted and went up to order it. They were asked for their e-mail address. My aunt told the sales girl that they do not have a computer. Here is our home phone number. the sales girl told them that she could NOT order the flooring without an e-mail. My aunt said you can't call us. she said no! WTF! They finally gave her their daughters e-mail address. They had to go to the store several times to get the order straightened out, because no one there knows what the hell they are doing. Christmas week they were told to come to the store and sign some papers. When they got there no one knew what they were talking about. They finally got the floor installed on the 28th of December. However, the boxes were delivered the day before. The Kid pulled up dropped off all the cartons of flooring in the driveway, they were told that the delivery people would bring them into the house, shoved the papers in their face and literally ran back to his truck and left. Leaving all the boxes of flooring for my aunt and uncle to bring into the house. Remember they are both in there mid 70's!!!! good job home depot. you should be ashamed of yourself. No wonder companies are closing. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE.!!!!!!

IF YOU SEE THIS, DO NOT GET LEVOLOR BLINDS FROM HOME DEPOT. Poor service and poor quality. Installed blinds are uneven and they say “it is within tolerance” so if you want uneven/slanted blinds, get LEVOLOR, otherwise stay far far away. Had the installers come out to check and they agreed that the blinds were crooked. They knew that they needed to take pictures but the shadow from the blinds threw off the picture. “Everything is within tolerance.” Not sure how the heck they determine it is within tolerance if no one from their warranty or service department comes to take a look.

Shopping at Home Depot has been a joy, until this year 2022. As a American Veteran, you have to download an app, in order to access the Veterans Discount. So many clerks have been rude, they do not promote excellent customer service in regards to accessing Veterans discounts. It is not just at one store, it's all their Home Depot Chain Stores. I'm appalled for the disconnect of good customer service. I am now planning on taking my business to Lowe's. At Lowe's there is no downloading an app, their customer service is awesome & I don't have to fight with getting my Veterans Discounts. Good-bye Home Depot. Hello Lowe's

if i could 0 stars i would. worst customer service waited 2 weeks for my stove to be delivered and ended up never receiving. store manager joclynn would not even come out to try and resolve the issue. instead we were met with lonny who tried but was unable to help us. taking our money elsewhere buyer beware.

Phil at the paint station was both knowledgeable and patient. I was planning to re-paint my place, but it's been many years so I was basically a beginner. Phil helped me open up an old can of paint, revived it, and color-matched it to the new bucket of paint I bought. He also patiently explained to me the different kind of paint on the shelves and recommended some popular colors and shines. Soon I had everything I needed and was happily on my way.

Avoid for Penske rental at all costs. Went to pick up a Penske truck and the gentleman behind the counter had no idea what he was doing- as he complained vocally about how store management didn't care. It took over an hour and four associates to generate the paperwork- which was still not done correctly, as one piece had a completely incorrect name. I waited over 20 minutes for the empathetic and friendly assistant manager to show up at the counter to help- an hour total to get the store It took multiple calls with Penske after the fact to get things straight. The follow up call by the store manager lacked any sense of customer service skills. Buyer be warned - Penske representatives in call center and at drop off have told me that Home Depot's are problematic for their rentals.

I know this one star never helps still i have to give one star, wetting 45 minutes no one come to help me, I asked one of the worker if he can page any one he did but no one showed up they don't care i wish has a zero star, I was going to order couple of door for my house including 2 Garage doors but you lost thousands of thousand dollars. Never come back the home depot again.

The garden center is really large at this location. It's also close to the Costco. It's at a really convenient location.
