We had an appointment for my daughter and it was fine pretty fast.I feel they are short of staff, the lady at the counter does both check in/out as well as draws blood for the test.Rooms were clean and tidy

She left a scar last time she drew blood. No point in having an appointment, she's going to make you wait a while regardless.

If it weren’t for Miss Angie Iwould probably go elsewhere but her warmth and professionalism make BioRef my preferred lab. She’s lovely and very gentle.

This place was dirty and restroom door was chipped and broken , door didn't work and the door did not close when using the restroom...toilet was filthy , toilet paper holder was broken, the receptionist was yelling at my husband when he made the wrong turn in the hallway to use the restroom.Even though we were the only client at the waiting room, we we had to wait to be served. Tone of thevvoice of this receptionist was not very pleasant , to say the least..

This Lab place is a dump Very expensive Also it took 3 weeks For my husband to go In person to pick his own Tests and bring back to the Doctor's office... Very disappointed Completely unprofessional We paid more than $300 dollars and they never deliver the results... Please don't go to people That don't care to do good Service....

If there was any option I could have given this lab 0 star. I was visiting my daughter from Phoenix AZ and went this place after seeing good reviews, but such a disappointment. The reception lady who was lab tech too, was so rude not answering my any question. After waiting for 40 minutes I asked her how much time will it take to get my number, I am fasting can you please tell, first she pretend that she did not here after repeating she almost screamed at me. I left and went to lab crop and requested that I don't have appointment but I am visiting here Lady was so nice not only she accommodated but also offered to send my lab result to my house in Phoenix. Not recommending this place.

Ms. Angie Tsui works here alone, but she is attentive & very professional. I have been coming to this lab for about 8 years and I like it very much. Sometimes it's super busy & crowded, but most time it's a very short wait & fast service. Angie is great!!

Is it no longer the protocol to have phlebotomists wash their hands before taking blood? This is the second BioReference lab location that I've been sorely disappointed with hygiene practices. The appointment process and check-in was easy, the wait time was super short, but the lack of hand washing really isn't ok!

I wasn't very impressed with my blood draw. Tall Anglo young man. Forgot he had to pull 3 vials, not 2. Left that arm bruised. Moved on to the other arm, not really good veins there after poking around and hurting me. Then moved to the top of hand like he should have done. Better veins there visibly.

I was not sure why other rate all 5. I was debating one star or two stars. For two stars, it was simply because Angie provided good service. Other than that it definite 0 star. I never had a lab work that worst. Even worst than Quest. Only reason trying this BioReferences lab because I wanted to skip long line from Quest. However, end up the time I spent worst than Quest. Even worst is the Lab practices. There was only one person, who is Angie, working in the office. She needed to handle front desk phone call, check-in/check-out, insurance, etc. She was the nurse that drawing patient blood. She was the nurse that talking to hospital/doctors call. I was the 4th person in line for blood drawing. End up it took me more than an hour due to the only 1 hand. Short line but took longer. There is NO division of process, and content switching a lot. It is danger for medical lab work without division of duty. Too easy to make mistake, and no one to cross reference. It is medical lab. One tiny mistake or tiny contamination will cause patient life. Also, privacy was another important problem. Since Angie was the only person in office, when she drew patient blood, no one answered hospital/insurance call. Answer machine took the call and EVERYONE, in the lobby, clearing heard the messages that included patient name, SSN, lab work, charge code. More I think about it, I am OK to Quest. I am not saying Quest will not make mistake. I am saying the charge for mistake/contamination is lower than BioReference.
