I am regularly ordering the car pick up on the app. I just stop here on the way to work and they bring out my order quick. Sometimes they could do a better job picking out nicer items (example - gross limes or tomatoes that nobody would pick out themselves but they give to a pick up order) other than that I have no problems

Employees are at the return desk are rude. Simply asking questions and giving me attitude for no reason.

Unpleasant store experience! I went there around 6:20 PM today. I approached the young woman at the exchange and return counter to ask about a price match for an item. Right away, she gave a blunt “no” without any explanation. When I pressed further, she said they don’t price match that specific item, even though someone bought the exactly same item at a lower price at the same store just two days ago.
She claimed there was a “new policy” put in place today to not price match that item. When I asked why, she simply said there was no reason. That is completely ridiculous that a store implemented a policy without any reason.
What made the experience worse was her attitude. She was extremely unhelpful, didn’t make eye contact, and gave short, dismissive answers like she couldn’t be bothered. It felt like I was being treated as a weirdo rather than a customer. There was no attempt to be courteous or professional.

The staff member at the fitting room, who had noticeable dark eye makeup, acted like she was the queen of the fitting room. She questioned why I had so many clothes, told me I could only take 4 in, then changed her mind and gave me 10 minutes for 9 items. When I came out, she scolded me for not handing the clothes to her. Later, while I was just shopping, she came up again to say the fitting room was closed—as if I didn’t already know.
If it’s closed, lock it. If it’s open, do your job. No need to treat customers like they’re doing something wrong!

Given this a one star because it took so long to get somebody to come to men's Wear and unlock a cabinet so that I can get the items that I needed like underwear and I had to use one of the walkie talkies for one of the employees that was laying around so that I could find help It's still took 20 minutes to get help for something that should have only taken 5 minutes should have been in and out I understand we live in a modern society where everybody shops online however customer service should be a top priority for customers in the store no one should have to wait 20 minutes for underwear It's completely ridiculous. Do better

I shopped at this Target location today and was pleasantly surprised. I found all of the items that I was looking for. One of the items I needed was locked up but the employee showed up within 2 minutes of pressing the button to open the cabinet. I definitely appreciated that. The cashier had excellent customer service as well. I will continue to shop here more frequently.
