Given this a one star because it took so long to get somebody to come to men's Wear and unlock a cabinet so that I can get the items that I needed like underwear and I had to use one of the walkie talkies for one of the employees that was laying around so that I could find help It's still took 20 minutes to get help for something that should have only taken 5 minutes should have been in and out I understand we live in a modern society where everybody shops online however customer service should be a top priority for customers in the store no one should have to wait 20 minutes for underwear It's completely ridiculous. Do better

I shopped at this Target location today and was pleasantly surprised. I found all of the items that I was looking for. One of the items I needed was locked up but the employee showed up within 2 minutes of pressing the button to open the cabinet. I definitely appreciated that. The cashier had excellent customer service as well. I will continue to shop here more frequently.

Came for the pizza. There was pizza but no one at the register. Waited 10 minutes. Someone showed up but said “they’ll be right with me.” Waited another 10 minutes. Nothing. Turns out they were just at the Starbucks. This is quickly becoming like the next CVS. Quite disappointed, used to love Target.

I believe target pays attention to its customers better than many of the department stores. With higher quality of products compared to Walmart or other National chain grocery stores.

Always stocked well, especially the Fresh Pet refrigerator. Also clean. Need more checkers if the self checkout says 10 items or less to use the self checkers. Hate standing long in line when you are handicapped.

Drive up service from target it’s just great, it really helps when you are time limited to make your purchases at the store, you already know what you need just order it online and follows directions to pick them up, it’ll be fast I can assure you that!!

I disagree with almost everything Austin Z. said. I have gotten very good service & help when looking for something. Some of the people recognize me as a frequent shopper at Target South & say hi or how are you, nice to see you etc. Never had anyone young or older not help me, or act like it was an inconvenience to them. I am short & often ask for help to reach items. Employees who are busy stocking shelves, etc. say of course with a smile & get the item for me. I do agree with a few things. I often find things that are outdated on the shelves & when it is something on my list, it is aggravating. Checkout sometimes is a nightmare. Only 1 checkout stand open & long line of customers. Or no checkouts open & have to search for an employee who can wait on me. Shelves are often empty & they are out of things. Taking all of this in account, I will still shop Fremont South; the employees are the main reason I picked this target to shop at. Just need some improvements.
