Just a quick update on this Target as it's been a while since I've given a review for this place. As there's a couple of Targets in the vacinity, it's nice to have two since you can always see if one Target has something in stock versus another one. This one seems to get a lot of people though as it always seems busy. I generally come into Target for specific items versus strolling down the aisles. Though this one last time we were perusing the clothing area for Christmas presents and found a couple of deals. Also funny enough, found a book that I thought wasn't in stock and magically, there was just one left. Good thing we checked. So it's hard to rely on the app for how many items they have in stock as it may say it has 5 and really it has none or they don't have any and they really have one. I guess some kind of idea of stock is better than nothing right? It's also interesting that they have a cellphone dead zone at some part of the building. At least for my cellphone service I've had to walk around and make sure I go to a spot in store where my I can look at my Target app. I always try to take advantage of Target Circle as you can get cash back or gift cards. I was able to get some deals for Christmas utilizing their rewards system. Though it's kind of annoying when one day you buy an item and it goes on sale the following week. In theory you can get a price match but it's just a hassle to do so. I guess they're banking on you being lazy. Overall I tend to do self check out. Lines are long for all the other lines as well so I feel like you get in and out faster with self check out though some folks do take their time when checking out. Either way, it's nice to have a couple of Target options in Fremont.

horrible operation at this store. waited in line for returns and without any help for over ten minutes. lots of clerks helping customer check out lines but at the refund counter there is zero help and when asked to get more help, the clerk acts clueless

This Target at Fremont Hub is quite crowded most of the time. There are a few times that I came here and couldn't find what I was looking for. They run out of inventory quickly here given the high traffic, but it's also quite messy. As for the return line, the line here seems much longer than the one at the Target at Pac Commons. One time I saw someone return a whole cart of over 50 items! Yeah, it's definitely not the Target you want to be at if you're in a rush. Otherwise, it's a convenient location if you're in this part of town.

Sadly, this Target is starting to look more like Walmart. I wish the management could hire more workers (and treat them fairly). I prefer the Pacific Commons location, even though this one is closer to my home. The bathrooms are particularly messy. There are a couple of homeless people in the Fremont Hub area, and I recently saw a man and his dog exit this Target's bathroom. It must be tough for the employees.

If you ever want to see people absolutely hating what they then do come here. The WORST customer service I've ever seen. They either shrug their shoulders and tell you they don't know where anything is or they are on break when they are clearly working on the floor.

Not my preferred target location. Last time I shopped here was about 8 years ago. Yesterday I walked in to get a few items that were in stock according to the target app. After looking and asking I was told they were out. I guess the inventory that shows in the app does not update daily. I also noticed that there were several empty shelves. Not sure if I'll shop here again.

This store sells food that is spoiled. I get drive up a lot and the food is always expired or bulging from bacteria. There is mold in their refrigerated areas. Don't buy your food here!

I feel very disappointed with the "security" they have in this Target. I was waiting inside of Target at the front next to one of the security guards near the bathrooms while I was waiting for my dad because him and I split up while shopping. While I was trying to call my dad, a random guy walked up to me and did some actions that made it look like he was going to attack me, such as making me flinch and trying to take my phone out of my hands. He then said something like that he was having fun watching me feel scared. I was so close to yelling at him. Fortunately, my dad got to me on time and I got the chance to walk away from the guy. I can protect myself and I'm glad that I'm safe, but what I'm disappointed about with this Target is that the guy decided to corner up a different lady and yelled at her. The security just let it happen in front of all the customers and they laughed at the situation. The security also allowed the guy to follow the lady outside of Target! I was watching the guy if he was going to follow the lady to her car, but good thing he left her alone. I will not be trusting this Target ever again after knowing how immature their "security" is.

This review is specifically about their online ordering process. I'll tell you up front, I *really* hate bait-and-switch gambits!! Technically, they are illegal, but there's no point in trying to fight a huge company like Target over a $16 purchase... but still... I was looking for a particular product, and found it at Target for about $16... the summary box on the right side clearly said "Delivery: Free" ... so I ran with that... created an account, did some other stuff... and then, *only* after I clicked "Checkout", did they display a complete order which said that I had agreed to pick up the product at the store... that was *NEVER* displayed *anywhere* until I went to the Checkout screen. then, when I clicked around some more, I saw that actually getting it "Delivered" to my house... [ummm... *most* of us agree that "Delivery" refers to 'to our house', don't we?? ] would cost an additional $10 on my $16 order... So... I was tired at that point, and decided to complete the order, since the store is only a mile or so away, this *certainly* is not going to encourage me to log on to Target Online again...

Someone please tell me Why does Target make sure to make Fourth of July a simple cart in the back of the store but goes all out with tuck clothing and big rainbow displays all June in the front of the store for people who simply exist? They used to and we see there is no energy to celebrate our country as a whole anymore it is completely lopsided. They now push the 4th of July as an afterthought ...as a summer sales event. No acknowledgment online that it's the 4th of July. They did it intentionally because you see how far in advance this store likes to put out decorations. Their budget isn't evenly spread and only gives certain holidays they align with a spotlight. Shame on them! Keep all celebration items in the back from now on if you're going to make it fair!

I went to Target to buy headphones. It was Saturday, but no one was there. I suppose they were boycotting, because I had to walk past all the Trans gender clothing when I entered. I went to the electronics department. I was the only one there. I found the item I wanted in the glass case. I looked up at the young lady working the department. We made eye contact and she immediately looked down at her phone, ignoring me. I waited thinking she was busy. Again I looked at her and again we made eye contact. I pointed at the item I wanted in the case and, again, she looked down at her phone ignoring me. I left empty handed. I don't know if she was just lazy or, being a beautiful young African American girl, just didn't want to help the old white guy. I won't be returning to Target. It's called employee theft when you're at work, but refuse to do your job. You are, in fact, stealing wages. No wonder so many businesses are closing their doors.

Great store always clean and fully stocked. The only concern is the long lines in the afternoon. Definitely need more cashiers that will make it more convenient.
