I had a frustrating experience with PetSmart’s grooming service on August 12, 2024. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I called the desk and was told I could arrive by 4:20 PM and they said its fine. I got there at 4:20 PM and waited at the grooming desk for three minutes. When the groomer, Jocelyn R., finally arrived, she told me I was late by three minutes. I pointed out that I had been waiting for those three minutes. She then changed her statement, claiming I was actually 20 minutes late. This inconsistency was disrespectful and a waste of my time. As a result, my puppy will have to wait even longer for a haircut while I reschedule. This experience was extremely disappointing.

DO NOT GO TO GROOMING! The groomer Alexis left my dog with blood dripping everywhere!
This by far is the worst experience ever! Today I brought my 11 month old pup into just get a nail trim and cut. The lady working Alexis was rude and making comments about how my 75lb puppy was small for her size and then said “you need to wait outside” in a rude tone. I didn’t mind and just walked to the front to pay for my service before I picked up my puppy. No more than 5 min go by and I walk back to the grooming area and see she couldn’t even handle my puppy and my puppy is literally jumping over the counter. I immediately knew something was wrong and walk into the worst scenario of my puppy literally dripping blood. Alexis immediately said “ you need a refund I couldn’t finish the services” and hands me my dog who’s literally bleeding uncontrollably from her paw. I walk to the front with my puppy and had to immediately leave because of the trail of blood she was leaving and how much blood she got on my shoes and shirt. I asked my boyfriend to go back in to get my refund for me and the groomer Alexis was no where to be found. Finally he talked to a different groomer and she stated she wouldn’t give me a refund even though she didn’t complete the service and left me a bloody dog.
This experience was horrible! Don’t go here!

I am very happy that this store is close to me and I also found the fish I need. They are very cheap, only 2 cents and 4 cents. Yes, I don't need very expensive fish, because of the lotus flowers in my yard, there are mosquito larvae in the water. I just hope that these fish are easy to raise and can eliminate the larvae, but all the cheapest fish are marked Not 4 sale, This makes me feel that this store is not sincere to customers and is too utilitarian. In the end, I could only spend $28 more to buy two fish on the recommendation of the store clerk. One fish died that night, and I hope the other one can live longer. I saw that there were indeed fewer mosquito larvae in the water. In addition, I hope there will be more fish. I can buy a few more fish which are very cheap.

I like this chain store very much. It has a wide range of products and varieties. Although the price is a bit expensive, you can buy everything very conveniently. They also have many ancillary services, veterinary, bathing, grooming, schools, and nurseries. We offer these services to dogs in both California and Arizona.

Go here for our ? ? and ?, and ? ?. After several trips, I found a pretty knowledgeable sales person for rabbits, and they helped with toys, and supplies. We bought a cage, but the design is not good. Cage itself is strong, but flooring is awful. Paid alot for it. They didn't agree to replace the bottom or anything, not even to contact the company. While I'll still go here, I prefer Pet Food Express, where they go above and beyond to help us whenever we need assistance or a product disappointed us.

I love this PetSmart because I always find what I need, the store is well-stocked and organized. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable about pet care. Julie, in particular, assists me every time by answering any of my questions and has a wonderful, friendly personality.

They had so many dead fish in almost every tank. Two tanks were particularly bad, with a ton dead or dying on the bottom and being eaten by other fish. Many dead fish looked like they had been there days too.

Mathew, the new groomer at this location, charged me an extra 10 dollars because my dog apparently was biting while getting blow-dried. I have not been charged anything like this in the past three years. Mathew's grooming is terrible--one ear is shorter than the other and uneven in many places. They kept him for 4 hours, and I had to call to pick him up. Once I called, I got the email and text message for pick up. They had forgotten about him. Bad experience overall.

Vivianna and the entire staff are amazing!
