Coming into this branch made shopping a breeze! Mainly due to its helpful staff directing me as soon as I entered this branch I was here to get a label printer to help me re-organize Excellent service from DANNI who was my cashier: very helpful informing me of discounts and sales in effect which helped me save money as well!

This store has everything for office supply. Staff is good, too, but there are some bad apples in computer sales that deserve attention, such as Tawseef. I noticed early on that on each occasion I went back to the store to fix his problems, each time he said I said something I didn't.

Yikes!!!!! The incompetence level at this store is crazy. Don't bother with TSA at this location. If they do it correctly they still won't be able to tell you if it's successful or not. Different reps have different answers and they really seem like they don't want to help. Iam being told to wait 5 business days. After that they are coming up with an excuse because it's busy and can take up to 60 days... they can't search the info to see the status so do t waste your time. Only way I found out is because Amex refunded the amount for it after 3 weeks. Poor customer service and a waste of value.

I've been here several times for printing services and Amazon returns. While the print quality isn't good, I still find myself dropping by for quick pick-ups for office supplies and other items. The staff here is mostly helpful. More helpful than the ones at the Milpitas location in the sense that I don't have to spend 10 minutes just to flag someone down. The employees here are efficient in the few times that I've been here. The only issue is sometimes when they go on lunch break, the lines can move extremely slow. Overall a good, reliable Staples to come to.

Get a gut job and start over at this location. Fremont Hub needs to start over with the stores they have there first of all. But this Staples is just nasty looking on the inside. The service people are unsure of anything they sell or provide. I wouldn't go there unless necessary and desperation.

Horrible experience , made an appointment at 4:20PM for TSA Pre-Check and upon arrival an employee at the Tech Support Center who was not friendly immediately stated (with no opening greeting or even a "How can I help you?") that I "had to wait" for the person that is able to so this task to get off lunch at 5PM. I understood that they are unavailable from 4:30-5 for lunch but I really hoped they would mindful about my appointment time since I had arranged my day to make it to make it to this appointment. Although I did arrive at 4:23, I expected them to honor their hours and be able to assist me with this quick process. I continued to wait for the next 30 minutes and when they employees returned, still nobody greeted me although I was clearly waiting for a service. The person who helped me with TSA Pre-Check was the most kind but still not satisfactory. I question their hours and why they weren't available at 4:23 and the manager was very rude and told me that I HAD to be here at 4:20 on the dot to be assisted. No later. Although they were available until 4:30. I love that staples offers this service but am highly disappointed in employees at this location. Would highly recommend another location or getting the staff some more training.

I find that this Staples they have a good variety of products.I can shop quietly there. They greet you, and the staff works hard.They have TSA also. If I dont find what I am looking for, a staff member there will help me find an alternative.I just have to wait.They always help me save money. I am glad they are there.I tend to go to pick up one item and end up realizing I am low on other items and come out with more.Thank you, Pong.I am looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks for my ink and using my rewards.I enjoy doing the surveys after the purchase. I am glad they want the feedback of what they are doing well and what they can improve, and they do something about it.

I went to pick up some binders, clear plastics where you can put papers or other items in to hold in a binder, binder clips etc. The aisles are well organized and labeled so I had an easy time searching for what I needed. I noticed they also do TSA PRECHECK here which is something to note for those who travel. The cashier was efficient and kind when I asked for a receipt after she scanned everything she patiently redid the order so I could have printed copy. Thank you!

TSA Pre Check - Malinda! What a star.My family and I arrived around 6pm and waited with other customers.The queue was orderly and Malinda was getting through customers efficiently and professionally.Malinda was kind, patient and considerate.Management, please take note.I live in the peninsula, but we would return just to be served by Malinda.What a great member of the team and a credit to the shore.

if you want to receive a great customer service you must look for Fili . He is the most knowledgeable person there, with a good heart and very professional.We always use their printed service and this guy is very helpful, pacient and kind. Thank you much Fili for serving us to the best!

Walked in and got kicked out by Manager. He wouldn't let us purchase anything and we were already inside. Another couple got kicked out too! So unprofessional!!!

Other than the lady working in printing department, every sales associate working on the sales floor including cashiers were friendly.
