My son started attending the toddler program at Sparkle Montessori when he turned 18 months old. He had a lot of changes in his life before then, including moving in and out of different homes, dealing with jet lag, and learning a new language. So it's understandable that he didn't want to go to school and cried a lot entering the school for the first two weeks. However, he quickly adjusted and started to love going to school. He learned how to communicate with his friends and teacher in English, and he even started singing rhymes at home that he learned from his teacher. Even though he doesn't speak in full sentences yet, he tells me about what he does at school and talks a lot about his friends and teachers. He loves to see his class photo.I would like to have more interaction with my son's teacher and more updates on his daily activities. I know that some daycares and toddler programs use communication apps like Tadpoles or WhatsApp to share photos and information with parents. However, Sparkle Montessori only provides a daily report that lists how much my son ate, how many diaper changes he had, and what to bring the next day. They also post photos of the kids on their Facebook page once a week, but they're mostly just one, or two, photo of each kid doing their crafts. I believe that the upper classes have more updates on Facebook.Despite this, my husband and I are quite satisfied with Sparkle Montessori. The director is easy to talk to and responds to emails quickly. We get calls whenever my son has a little injury. The staff at the front gate are always friendly, and I believe the teachers are caring. They provide healthy lunch and snacks, according to a menu that the director sends out at the beginning of each month. We haven't seen any photos of what the kids actually eat, but I think my son is eating well because he's been gaining weight appropriately.Overall, we think Sparkle Montessori was the best choice for our son, given the options available to us at the time. We were a little rushed to enroll him at 18 months, the youngest age of the toddler program, but we're glad we made the decision.

After putting off enrolling my 3, almost 4 year-old, in preschool I am so happy to report...I finally did it and I love my son's school! I toured and connected with several preschools in the Fremont area - and it was undeniable that Sparkle Montessori was the one for my son! My two criteria were solid discipline and an engaging curriculum and that is exactly what I found and witnessed when visiting the school. The principal, Nishat, is amazing. She is intelligent, thoughtful, communicative, and excellent at working with children. I could say the exact same about every teacher I was introduced to and continue to interact with every day I drop off and pick up my son. They all know his name and treat him with respect and care even when he is in one of his toddler moods. The pre-k class schedule has a great balance of academics/play/creativity and they provide two snacks and a lunch which is included in the monthly tuition. The school is also nut-free and vegetarian which I appreciate because my son is allergic to some nuts and only eats halal meat. The facility, while not the largest or most grand (like competitor school Learn & Play Montessori), is clean and perfectly equipped for young children of all ages. Do not get fooled by shiny toys or a big playground. How your child is treated, what they learn and the classmates they are surrounded by is most important. While the new Learn and Play Montessori campus is undeniably stunning and closer to my house, I found the staff at Sparkle Montessori to be a better fit for my child's needs. When comparing the children/classes at the various schools, it was clear that the students at Sparkle Montessori were more engaged with their teachers, they were attentive/learning, and they were happy. I spent a lot of time at each preschool. This made me feel at ease because that is the type of environment I wanted my child to be a part of.I also LOVE how my son brings home his assignments at the end of the week so we can review them and admire his masterpieces. Please keep in mind that every family/child's needs are different. Some toddlers would benefit from having socialization, others (like my son) need discipline, and many would thrive academically if they only had a dedicated teacher (which my husband and I, unfortunately and I hate to admit, do not have the time for with full-time jobs). We can supplement his studies though which is just as important. For us, Sparkle Montessori was all of that and more. My son is not just another number at this school. He is treated as an individual, and I cannot wait to see how much he continues to grow here under the leadership of Nishat, InshAllah! I highly encourage you to book a tour and consider Sparkle Montessori for your children!

My daughter has been attending this preschool for about 4 months. She loves and looks forward to go to school everyday. She learns many things within the short period of times. She learns the whole alphabets and numbers, the days of the week, the months of the year, the name of planets, continents, oceans, some countries and their flags, and many others. I would gladly recommend this school!

Horrible! The school doesn't even care to call the parents for an incident but will wait until the end of the day and ask the parent to sign an incident report. I paid $300 deposit and tuition. They didn't even paid for emergency room service or refund the $300 deposit. I wasted so much money for 7 days that my son went here. We pulled him out because he had an incident and the school didn't think to call us. But she asked me to sign an incident report at the end of the day when I pick him up. I asked why they didn't call me when this happened in the morning? Like if it was so minor, why was there even an incident report where they need my signature? Because it wasn't just a minor scratch that happened to my son's face! An open wound that they had cleaned up. The director said he scratch himself. I asked, "Did you call me?" The director pointed at a piece of paper and said, "You can see it, mark no."He scratch himself multiple times inflicting deep wounds? With what? His nails? deep open wounds. I had literally just cut down his nails. There is no way a 19 months would inflict that kind of damage to his face by scratching himself. Hopefully he doesn't scar for life! They never apologized for not calling. In an email, the director mentioned the reason why they do not call the parents is because they don't want to disturb us during our busy day with a scratch. Excuse me, that's not a minor scratch, that's an open wound. That required a signature on an incident report! Not minor! As a parent, you would think an established licensed school would call to ease parents mind.I do not recommend this daycare as they do not care to call parents when an incident happens but they want you to sign an incident report.

Our daughter is going here since January. After going to Sparkles, we could see improvements like interactions with others, discipline, drawing skill, singing rhymes and has been more active than before. The school staff are also nice and accommodating. We are happy that we found his place and I highly recommend.

My daughter started going to this daycare when she was 18 months old. Her teachers took good care of her in the starting weeks and are so welcoming. Surprisingly she got adjusted in a week and no looking back from then. She likes the food served there and always ask for more. Now she is 2 and can do crafts, dance to rhymes, sing rhymes , montessori jobs, learnt sharing toys while playing. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. We are happy with our decision to send our kid to Sparkle Montessori and you will be too.

Our kid has been going here for about 10 months now.. We moved to Bay area recently and my kid has always been very shy. After going to Sparkles, we could see good improvement in the way she interacts with others. She keeps singing rhymes at home and has been more active than before. The school staff are also nice and accommodating. Glad we found this place, highly recommend.

My kids, 2.5 and almost 4, love going to school here. When I ask Mr 4 what he likes about school he says "Books and jobs." Sometimes when we're talking about his day he says he loves his teacher. Mr 2.5 can't wait to get in the door in the morning. They both thrive on routine and are proud of the work they do there, coming home with colorful craft projects about once a week. As a parent I also appreciate the focus on routine and responsibilities given to the children. But also that the teachers communicate clearly and effectively anything going on with the kids and anything they need from us, I can tell they really KNOW my boys. For example I might hear Mr 2.5 hardly ate any lunch when he's usually the one to ask for more. They've assisted with potty training proactively. Safety protocol is on point. Pick up and drop off runs smoothly. I have nothing but appreciation for Sparkle's staff for excellence in caregiving during unprecedented times.

Our daughter went there for two months. Its a wonderful place, she learned a lot in a small amount of time. Ms Nishat and other teachers made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. They do a lot of activities at different occasions. Unfortunately we have to send our daughter to another day care because it is quite far from where we live. If we really have to nitpick something we did not like, maybe the classrooms can have little more natural light.

Our son is going to Sparkle Montessori for last two years. Sparkle Montessori has provided environment for his all round development. What I like most is that everyday he is eager to go to school. I am grateful to the teachers for taking care of our kid so well. They are also very kind and professional. I have referred my friends to this Montessori and they too are happy. Thanks Sparkle Montessori.

This is the best Montessori for the busy parents who over pamper their kids. I heard about this school through one of my friends who used to complain about her son's super activeness... now her Son is more responsible and friendly with his friends. As an Aunt, I recommended my nephew to this Montessori and we are already seeing the results. My nephew will be very eager to go to school and tell lot of stories after reaching home. I am very happy to refer a good montessori school to my Sister-in-law. All the credit goes to Sparkle Montessori wonderful Teachers and their belief in Montessori concepts.

I enrolled both my kids in Sparkle montessori for a year and a few months before we had to move. I really enjoyed my experience there! The teachers were very alert to my kids well being. I felt comfortable and safe, and honestly I felt my kids were loved. When I did have a situation and had to leave early the administration was extremely accommodating and supportive. The only reason why they didn’t get the complete 5 star from me was that when my younger daughter was moved up to another class, they moved her at 4 new students at the same time. And I felt like it was a very difficult transition, there were lots of crying. So my only reccomendation would be that moving up students to their classes should be done 1 or 2 a time so that the transition isn’t that difficult for the kids. And I would reccomend maybe that they consider having a few days transitioning the student for a few hours or so before he is completely moved. Other than that this is a great school and I whole heartedly reccomend it.

We enrolled our daughter at Sparkle Montessori in Mar 2017 based on advise from a friend. We did not research or inquire about other similar facilities nearby. We just enrolled her and 2 years on we are glad we did.The teachers at Sparkle are some of the kindest you'll come across. Teachers in all the classes our daughter has been to (toddler / pre-school / pre-k) have been very adept at handling children at the appropriate ages & stages of development. We are happy with our daughter's development over the past 2 years. The Directors & Admins, Ms. Nishat, Ms. Mugisa & Ms. Ruchi, go the extra mile to take care of requests & address concerns. We have discussed some areas we had concerns about and they have always been open to constructive feedback & resolution. The activities they conduct in school is a hit with our daughter! And they do organize quite a few of them year round! :)Overall, our experience with Sparkle Montessori has been a very pleasant one. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for day care in Fremont.

We love Sparkle Montessori. My 3 year old son has been a student in Pre school program for just 4 months now and I am amazed to see the growth in him and how much he learned. The teachers are so caring and helpful especially, I need to mention about Ms.Kanika, Ms.Pooja and Ms. Samantha on how much they love and motivate my son which makes his school experience fun and enjoyable. He loves to go to school as much that he is sad that he cannot go to the school on weekends. It is very nice on how they plan out the curriculum and also focuses on all other skills needed by the kid. It is very appreciated that they share the progress with parents periodically.I love the energy both the teachers of my son (Ms.Kanika and Ms.Pooja) have all through the day.I totally recommend Sparkle for your kid!!!!

Both my kids (3 yr and 5yr) are currently enrolled in Sparkle and we are seeing the desired changes in their personalities and skill levels as preschoolers. As a parents we all have different set of expectations from our kids. One of our goal was to make our kids bilingual and Sparkle is definitely helping my kids to gain the desired English language skills. We are confident that our older kid is now Kindergarten ready and with Sparkle it will be a smooth transition.
