I've visited this sky zone for several parties, and while it's been alright, it's smaller compared to others. Unlike places with ziplines and giant foam pit slides, this one feels a bit on the smaller side. If you're after a bigger and more exciting experience, I'd suggest checking another location such as the Dublin Sky Zone. Plus, it tends to get pretty crowded here most of the time. I've also posted some pictures of the Dublin location.

Fun. Big enough. Well supervised. That's important because as you do to, I don't want out of control rowdy kids messing it up for mine. Went for a birthday party on weekend and even though it appeared busy and crowded it was not overwhelming. Large enough for the kiddos to try different activities and nice arcade when you want to take a break.

This place is a place with little security for children. The boys have no respect from the owner to the majority of employees. I had a membership and I canceled it and they continued charging me until today when I came to stop and they stopped my children from playing because the socks were not from your company, apart from the fact that they kept charging me......now they are sending me messages that what I wanted were new socks...thank God I can buy whatever my children need...but the anger was because they left directly at my child and they took him out of playing

Forced to wear / buy their socks! Too busy, let too many kids in, this is outright dangerous and should be forbidden! Rude service! Do not recommend!

Computer systems weren't working, instead of letting us come in and jump while they fixed it, they locked the doors and left a large group of children waiting outside. After an hour of waiting we gave up and walked away.

This place is quite good to bring children to play and exercise, but members in the Thursday morning session are not available. They were not informed when registering for membership. We drove for an hour to play, which made our trip in vain? Unpleasant, and the music is too loud. Children are playing. There is no need to play such loud sounds. It is very bad for the ears of children, waiting parents, and staff. I hope the business can be closed down. For music, you can turn it on very quietly, or you can turn it on loudly when playing notifications. At other times, please turn down the volume, or turn it down and play some soft music. It’s really too noisy. My heart is going to explode. The staff outside are not The sound is so loud that you can’t hear the voices in the activity area inside, and the administrator can’t stop the dangerous behavior. This is very dangerous⚠️Please pay attention to merchants⚠️Please pay attention to merchants⚠️

I give this place a 0 star for the way the handle the business. I enrolled in the membership for kids, however, they don’t use much so I cancelled the membership. (When I cancel they never give me any cancel confirmation) Next month, I was still being charge. I called the center to get the problem solve. This representative said the membership was never cancel and ask if I have any prove???(When I came cancel they never give me any cancel confirmation). The representative was being so rude and hang up on me.Anyway I feel very upset and frustrated of the way they run their business and handle the problems. I am sharing my bad experience with everyone so they can prevent not to get things happen like me. Please be aware that this place still charge you even though the membership was canceled. Don’t trust this business. They are desperate for your money. This place is fraud and bad business owner.THIS BUSINESS DOESNT DESERT SUPPORTFROM THE LOCALS.??????????

Frog zone was better. This new zone is three times more expensive and crowded. Don't think we're coming back here again

1. The place doesn't enforce rules correctly. Adults jump around the area marked for 'age 6 and under'.2. The ends of the trampolines have their springs exposed in multiple regions as the foam pads move; The attendants chat within themselves and dont pay attention. Its injury waiting to happen.3. Socks of a different brand (love2 play or jump n play) are not allowed even if they are trampoline compliant; They will force you to buy their brands stating its 'company policy'; blatant rip off.4. The arcade area is overly cramped; Adults beating out boxing balls right next to the kids; Kids can get easily hurt with the movements of the inattentive adults.

NOT A FAN OF THEIR NEW MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS. THEY MADE SUCH AN ISSUE OF THE DAMN SOCKS!!!! We had socks from when this place was ROCK N JUMP so they were safety socks with the non slip sole. This seemed to only be a problem while the kids were jumping, not when we were signing and checking in. Their new ownership will MAKE YOU BUY $4 SOCKS THAT SAY SKY ZONE VERSUS ROCK N JUMP. This is on top of the $4 waters they’re selling at the vending machine. Also if you signed waivers from when this place was ROCK N JUMP you will have to sign new waivers with the new ownership. Super inconvenient for parents who’ve been here before with a ton of kids. NOT A FAN AT ALL!!!!!!

We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s 10th birthday party at Sky Zone Fremont this weekend. The party was from noon-2 on Saturday, but it was pleasantly uncrowded. All the kids had so much fun jumping and then celebrating with cake and food in the spacious party room. The pizza was delicious. Our host Julian was very helpful and friendly. Sky Zone exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend for families and friends!

Love this place, I take my son so he can get tired out... works like a charm. Management should consider cleaning the bathrooms from time to time... its always a mess.

This place is excellent in terms of enjoyment and safety. My kid absolutely loves it. The thing I dislike is their membership services. We have no control over managing the membership on the website or elsewhere, and there's no way to check the membership status. They automatically debit it without any notification, potentially leading to significant long-term financial losses if unnoticed. I understand this is how other subscription services operate, but in those cases, contacting support usually results in a refund if the service is not used. However, that's not the case here. Instead, they defend their actions with frustrating reasons. The portal doesn't provide any clear option to contact support. When I reached out to the Fremont front desk, they directed me to message through their portal. Despite doing so, I received no response for over a week and a half, even after a follow-up. Finally, another front desk person provided me with the correct option to contact support via email. During the wait I almost would have wasted the next membership due. They seriously need to improve the membership services management.
