This company shipped my Mercedes purchased privately and organized transport from the seller's garage in Marietta GA in the USA to the port of Zeebrugge in Belgium.
My file was handled remarkably by Jas.
The car arrived by road on a truck to Brunswick then by boat and I collected it in good condition in Belgium.

It's been 2-3 years since the time I used their service. However, the problem was that I had 3 luggages. But only 2 arrived. However, the lost one is the one which is the most important which carried so many things which are valuable both in price and in my heart. The price is high and the warranty I bought for the luggages could not be used. Basically, the warranty is just nothing but a scam. I asked them about it they said that the warranty has not taken effected yet since they have not received my luagages. However, I must say that the details that they said did not appear when I bought the warranty. And I had already sent them the stuffs and the system of the carrier said that it has already been delivered. They did nothing to compensate such lost. And also another issue, it took more times than agreed. It was like a month delay. I want to just warn anyone who wants to use their service to just go to other companies instead.

They used to be good but now Absolutely horrible. Paid $4000 for an air shipment from ATL to DXB and was told it would be 4 working days. It is now 15 days, and it still hasn’t arrived. I could have used a guaranteed 10 day service for $500 less, and obviously should have taken it. This has now taken over twice as long as I was originally told, and I still don’t have my product. They won’t deliver product, won’t issue partial refund, I own my own business, and when you’re paid to do a job, you get it done, or you make it right with the customer. Worst freight forwarder. Never again.

Please find another company all they do is lie here. Take your hard earned money and spend it with a company that appreciate your business. I wish I could give them zero stars. I think they have a call center in India because all I get is them transferring me and at the end nobody answers.

A lot to be desired in terms of communication, follow through and fixing the damages they themselves caused. The move was short from one bay area city to another bay area city. 1. To start, I was told by the lead that movers would arrive at 8:30am. The lead informed me when he arrived and through phone calls throughout the morning that the warehouse didn't have sufficient staff in the morning meaning he had to spend time empyting trucks in the morning. Movers arrived at 11am. When I called the sales staff they stated that's an ETA instead of just stating they made a mistake. Unless of course the lead was lying. Either way, someone lied. 2. Two separate items were damaged. It's a move. It wouldn't be unheard of to have an item damaged. Except in this case, both items were damaged due to the direct actions from the crew. Item 1 (desk) was moved to the back of the truck and staged to be loaded on the lift gate. They left the legs slightly over the lift gate edge. One of the crew members started to lift the lift gate causing the desk to slam on it's side. This caused one side of the legs/drawers/etc to get ripped from their screws making the unit unusable. The second item was also caused by the direct actions of the crew. During the unload, a file cabinet was moved from its place on the truck to the back where it was staged to be loaded on the lift gate. One leg was left on the lift gate and the rest of the unit still on the truck. One member of the crew began lowering the lift gate. The file cabinet, since it was not fully stable on the truck, begin sliding off the truck and eventually fell 4-5' from the truck to the lift gate now on the ground. Both items were purchased a year ago and the total value is roughly $900. I have requested full compensatation. At this time, they are only willing to compensate my $96. 3. During the unload, when they were parking the truck, they scratched our parking pad with the lift gate. I am not seeking compensation for this item. 4. In general, I would say of the 4 crew members; 2 of them cared about what they were doing and 2 of them didnt. Please note that I also tried to be as fair as possible with the movers. I even tipped the staff that I saw working hard.

Absolutely horrible. Paid $820 for an LTL from Miami, Florida to Rifle, Colorado and was told it would be 5 working days. It is now 11 days, and it still hasn’t arrived. They tell me the 5 days I was told it would take is “just an estimate”. I could have used a guaranteed 7 day service for $234 less, and obviously should have taken it. This has now taken over twice as long as I was originally told, and I still don’t have my product. I could have about walked to Miami by now! They won’t deliver product, won’t issue partial refund, and keep using excuses. I own my own business, and when you’re paid to do a job, you get it done, or you make it right with the customer. Worst LTL company I have used in 15 years. Never again.
