The reviews are either 5 or 1 stars so it seems like they're inconsistent. I went here yesterday and had a good experience. Went there at 330PM with an appointment, filled out forms and was seen at 345PM. The front desk and the technician were both nice. The procedure went well.

Poor service I just called and ask if they had any other locations where they might have an open MRI machine and the lady told me to Google it ....

DO NOT GO HERE! They injected me with a substance that basically messed up my heart, resulting in congestive heart failure and refused to acknowledge any malpractice. As of the time of this post, my left arm tendon is sore and my veins are engorged. They also did conducted a false ultrasound on my organs, listing them under someone else’s names. It wouldn’t be an understatement to say it you value your life, do not go to this clinic. Also, when called out on it, they refused to provide me information or means to rectify the issue. I’m hoping they do so in the near future. Please if there’s anybody people still working at this clinic, reverse the effects of the shot.

They have always treated me with courtesy and were very helpful. It’s a bit of a wait but better than other imaging places I’ve been too?

Hour and a half of waiting, most if it in a room with no staff, zero communication, and no easy way to leave. Total time spent here was a little over two hours for a MRI.

Terrible service. Made me wait an hour. Rep had asked me day prior if i was claustrophobic. Day of, no med was given to knock me out and I spent money on Lyft both ways. Was told it will be given in a bit...nothing. Then at some point they took me out to adjust and took the panic button thingie away from me as well.People were nice but ethics sucked.

Took my father for the imaging. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Special shout out and thanks to Lani. She went above and beyond to make my elderly father comfortable during the CT scan procedure.Also thanks to Darshana to facilitate the scheduling and working with me on the day and time that works. I have been to this business many times before but never had such high level of service before in the past. Keep it up.

They are very inefficient. Made us wait for 2 hours even though we had scheduled an appointment.

They rarely pick up phone calls.Also waited over an hour without even being asked to be helped. Had to chase after someone to be seen. Spent nearly 2 hours after everything was done and when I left building.

Excellent facility. They greet patients within a few minutes of arrival, and then take the patient to a separate, spacious, comfortable waiting room. I waited no more than 10 minutes there before they took me back to patient prep. I was soon sitting in another comfortacle waiting area, hyperventilating due to my claustrophobia. The technicians were very attentive, obviously comfortable with patients like me. The instrument has a very wide bore, which calmed me. Noise management was very effective, so I was able to meditate to calm myself throughout the exam. I was escorted to the outer waiting room as soon as i was ready. Overall, an excellent experience and > will gladly return for my periodic exams.

I chose this place because they got me in fast. I needed an MRI for a brain tumor. One week later, they still hadn’t sent the results to my doctor. When I called to ask, they said that the MRI tech had been in and out all week. I still wasn’t able to reach the MRI tech and nobody called me back.

Very long wait times. They dont have respect for our times. My appointment is at 2 pm and I got into imaging done at 3:30pm. They could have called to give us headsup if they are backlogged. Never coming here again!!
