3 stars due to terrible customer service from clerks at checkout. Kamila’s customer service is a 1 out of five. Had a terrible attitude while attending us AND the customer before us. She made my daughter take everything out of the Sephora bag even after she handed it to her, after scanning and requesting payment she asked if o wanted to apply for a Sephora Credit card, when I told her I already had ONE of the Sephora cards she respond “oh you have one, a SEPHORA card.” Then looked at the monitor. When I stated “yes and I don’t have it with me”’ she rudely asked for my ID. Took it with the tips of her fingernails like if it was trash. Placed receipt same way in bag and handed the bag the same way, with the tips of her fake nails. Will not be returning! Rather drive to Milpitas or Emeryvile.
I do want to thank Katya for her service, she was very educational and kind to my daughter who is for the first time trying makeup for her dance performances. She’s the reason for the 3 stars

Horrible customer service! They need to teach some of their employees how to treat the customers who are paying so that the store stays in business.

Best Sephora in the Bay Area. Last week I went to Marina square in San Leandro to get a new foundation at Sephora. No one helped at all. No one greeted us. I color matched myself and asked the cashier to help me with grabbing a new box as there were no more. O told her what shade. I get home, turns out it was way off and the wrong shade she grabbed. Today I go to Sephora at pacific commons to exchange it.
As soon as I walk in, I find someone to help color match me, she even helped me find a good concealer and helped me with my daughter's needs. Everyone here was lovely and went above and beyond with the customer service.
When I exchanged it at the register the woman asked what I didn't like about it and gave me some other great options for next time based on my dislikes from the one I gave back! Amazing job Sephora at P.C!

To the cashier girl (black hair, long ponytail) who refused to serve me because there were 7 perfume test sticks in my basket:
Apparently, Sephora does not pay you well or train you well, and you don't seem happy working here. I would highly recommend that you find another place that pays you better or, at the very least, one where you can show some manners to customers. If that is difficult, getting more education would be beneficial for you.
I'm glad you finally assisted me after I removed those 7 paper sticks from the 14 items in my basket, but I highly doubt other customers would tolerate this attitude while still paying you money like I did.
Sephora, as a loyal customer who has shopped with you for more than 15 years, I offer this suggestion: please coach your employees well and let them practice how to interact with customers with basic manners like saying "thank you," "would you mind," etc. While other cosmetic retailers are running 25% off campaigns, you need to show people why you deserve the full price.

Not many people to help you out making a purchase. Also, I found the mini section ( where they keep the minis / testers) quite misleading. The kept the $30 bottle in the $15 section

Five starts for the customer service I received today! I really want to thank Jamala for her help today. Out of all the times I've visited, she made me feel the happiest! I feel so happy she helped me out!! She knew exactly what I was looking for and took her time explaining different products, being patient with me until we found the ones that worked best for me. She is very experienced in this field, and I left feeling so happy! I finally got the snatched look I've been searching for, and the products are amazing! She was so patient, kind, and friendly. She also helped my mom and sister, and we are so grateful! I love my new products and know how to apply them correctly with her tips. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience at this store. Special call out to Tiffany. She was amazing! She helped me find the right shade and she went above and beyond to help me get the perfect product. I have been to many store and usually they're in a hurry but she was patient and spent time with me to try different things. Will come back to this store

Walked in and asked a over powdered face older lady with pimples about their deals and she just nodded here head.
Came with intention to BUY but clearly she doesnt have another intention other than to collect a paycheck. ??♀️
Never again.
Off to another store.
