I ordered a birthday cake and the following morning I was told they could not fill the cake I ordered. They had my phone number but did not call to inform me. The bakery worker was not willing to offer any substitution. I had to insist. The cake I took home was the driest tres leches cake. It was awful. I have always purchased cakes from Safeway and they have always been great. We just moved to this area. I will not purchase from the bakery in the future. Really disappointed customer.

The first time we went they sold us expired meat. The 2nd time they sold us a broken food thermometer. The 3rd time we went, a lady hit our car while my boyfriend was inside getting buns.
The 4th time we went, an guy yelled at me across the parking lot and when I went inside he was still screaming near the laundry soap. I think he lived at mission springs.

Don’t stop for sandwich or hot food if you have less than an hour. Usually only one or no employees to help.

they have the best roasted chicken breast. the weekly 5.00 specials are an awesome way to make our dollars stretch. I am in this store 3 to 4 days a week.

I came here on Saturday 8:10am to buy a sandwich so I can have lunch for my 6 hour class. The lady behind sandwich counter ignored me when I walked up. I stood for awhile and she walked away without saying anything. She arrived a few moments later and before I could say anything told me I can only have a breakfast sandwich. I asked why wasn't the deli sandwiches ready and if somewhere in the store had one. She said they weren't ready because the bread wasn't ready. I was visibly annoyed and she let me know that she could go get the bread and make a sandwich. This made me feel like she was playing games and just didn't want to work because why wasn't that an option from the start? I'm not sure though because I just left and didn't bother to talk to a manager. No lunch for me. Very disappointing. Happened on Saturday 5/11 at about 8:10am.

Wait times for the meat dept is ridiculous. After standing there for 15 minutes I went to look for another employee to ask if the dept was open and he said he would call the person. The person never showed up, regardless of the several customers waiting. We all left frustrated at the low morale of customer service. I will not be back.

Worst supermarket ever. New edit still the worst ever the guy from the dei counter had to go to lunch and they close down the deli, really you want me to wait 27 minuets for the guy to return. I was told this by another female employee who is standing next to the deli counter doing nothing. Now i have been standing at the guest service counter for 11 minutes, and nobody has even tried to assist me. What the F are the people running this place thinking. I recommend no o e shop at this place. I am begging you please for your own sanity and mine shop somewhere else. Prices are higher than Whole Foods. You need a mortgage for a week's worth of food. The employees don't know where anything is, and it seems the deli is never slicing meat. When you have a question, employees say "I don't know." Shouldn't they go fi d out the answer. It's just horrible service. It will not change where is Ralph's when you need one. Really should be -4☆

Bakery is the worst in this location. They’re always out of stock. Employees are rude and unhelpful. They should change the store manager.

I don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore. At least not at this location. The street vendors who hang outside the store are very annoying and even aggressive. They’ll straight up harass you if say “no thank you” to whatever they’re selling. I’d start carrying pepper spray if you choose to keep shopping here
