The staff were kind and helpful. My unit was clean and ready to go. The rental paperwork process was quick and straightforward. Secure place and the grounds are kept clean. Very happy with my choice to rent with Saf Keep Storage.

We wanted to personally thank the awesome team there, Sunshine, Keyona, Robyn, Jose, Jim, & Fortino! All of you promote such a positive and helpful vibe to Saf Keep (let’s include the manager too) and we thank you for all your helpful support. We felt safe there with the gate and cameras. Bathroom was always cleaned. We appreciate the help with guiding the loading trucks to our unit. Your forklift services were A+! We especially thank you for the pallet jack use! We know we were not the easiest customer and, working with a charity, we had some extra needs-which we felt were all met. Thank you!

Great facility, always clean and sanitary. The main difference is the crew. Amazing, detailed yet also very accommodating staff. Robyn, Kayana, Jim, Jose and Sunshine are a solid team who cares about their tenants.
If you ever need premium storage, this is the place.

My wife and I rented out a small storage unit from here for most of 2023. Signing up and renting out the unit was a breeze. Great customer service was provided throughout our time there with semi-regular emails and monthly statements provided. Not only was the premises clean but quite safe and seemingly secure. We had absolutely no problems with the facility throughout our time there. Compared to other storage facilities in the area, Saf Keep might be a little pricier. Nonetheless, given the customer service, cleanliness, and safety provided by Saf Keep, the premium appears to be worth it.

Booking is super easy. They keep giving super good deals from time to time. 1st 30 days they also give their truck for free within 20 mile radius which is awesome (bye bye Uhaul). The rental units are super clean and updated. They have signed up with pest control that takes care of facility every 3/6 months. Gated and super safe and secure with plenty of cameras. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Anyone in 94539 should definitely check out this facility.

I had to down size my unit and Kayana was the best. She was able to down size my unit and made the switch smoothly and painless.She is a sweetheart to work with. Makes dealing with the days stresses much more bearable.Thanks Kayana, you’re the best girl.
