The space is damaged in a lot areas, the location is really bad, and the owner is really rude to his customers.I wasn't a host here, but when I was at a event here I was within ear shot of him yelling at a customer.The fact that the owner yells at his patrons, the location l, and the condition of his space I would really recommend you take a hard pass here.

This review is in response to the STRONG accusations made by the owner. Breaking what? I’m sorry? The owners daughter, was in the event hall while we were practicing. We did not touch a single thing in the room. Surely, if we made damages, her OR the 15 OTHER PEOPLE (decorator and his team) in the room would have noticed and made a comment about it. OR we would have heard about this sooner, not in response to my review. Please show evidence and camera footage of the nonsense that you are making up. All we utilized was the dance floor for 30 minutes, which we got permission for. During this practice, this is where we observed glass on the flooring, IN MULTIPLE SPOTS OF THE ROOM, which LOGICALLY cannot come from whatever a “water droplet” is. The glass was also seen the next day (day of wedding) by multiple family members and was brought up to Jamal, this is where I can refute the claims of your statement that the “floor was cleaned a 2nd time,” when it clearly was not. Please be careful when accusing a group of young adults who simply came for 30 minutes of dance practice while YOUR OWNER WAS IN THE ROOM, of “damaging the dance floor” and saying things like “you are liable for damages.” This is highly unprofessional and could lead to detrimental damages to your business. Again, please provide some sort of evidence for your disgusting claims. Also, please take a GOOD look at your latest review that was made 2 weeks ago, in which your client Ajeesh rated your hall 0 for cleanliness. This provides stronger evidence that you simply do not CLEAN your hall correctly. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY.

Beautiful chandeliers but absolutely ZERO SERVICE & POOR MANAGEMENT.!! No glasses were provided, dirty flatware, and they were no cups for teas and water.White carpet walkway was too dangerous instead of carpet they used foam roll which constantly moved and people tripped over.Ladies rest rooms were beyond dirty and there was no privacy because they kept a male security near the door of the ladies restrooms.They moved away the glasses and water from the tables at 9:30 PM whereas the party continued till 11:30 PM. When asked by mangement they told us to go in the back and fill water from dispense.DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE GLITTERY CHANDELIERS.

Recently had my daughters wedding at Royal Palace. The event was very well organized. I received a lot of compliments for the venue, the decor and food. It was a pleasure dealing with Noble, who has been courteous and professional the past few months I had to communicate with him. The head server was also efficient and assisted me right away as soon as I asked her anything. It was a stressful day for me, but when I saw everything was being taken care of, my mind felt at ease. Thank you Royal Banquet Hall.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Our event was ruined by how awful the managment was. They took away water and glasses from all tables while the event was going on. The bathrooms were disgusting, cutlery and glasses were filthy. The floor carpet leading to the stage was not even a carpet! They put up a cheap foam rug that multiple people tripped over. UNPROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S FINEST.

Stay away from this place! The entire place is a fire hazard with poor management for safety. The tables were so closely placed that people couldn't walk pass without colliding. The white rubber walkway got crumbled and many guests almost tripped. The management was rude and unhelpful. There were not enough glasses for water and a lot were dirty. The servers ignored our request to bring fresh ones . The ladies restroom was 'guarded' by male security !! Overall, a terrible experience! DONT HOST YOUR FUNCTION THERE!

Literally the rudest people to work with. Refused to take care of his customers the right way. Mixed everything that was agreed bevor head up and just made the process unnecessarily long while refusing to fix the issues they caused last minute because it wasn't doable in that short time. Don't work with these people if you want good customer service and an event hall that will cooperate you.

One star is a lot because I couldn’t fine zero start thats why one start ,The worst hotel and the worst service in California whenever you booked them before booking they give more value and after that they are gone and they will not listen to you after that , they don't have expert waiters if you order something they can not speak english or the native languages and miss management in every single thing so be aware of that to talk about everything becoz they are going to charge for everything free things that they offer you free while booking …???????????? so dumb…

I would give it 0 stars but I can’t so I give it a 1. Refused to clean the floors. Jamal and his daughters who run the place are extremely disrespectful. Threatened my cousin. He refused to clean the floors, glass injured my cousins foot. We called in to come practice for something for an hour, daughter agreed (also the owner). Jamal the psycho (main owner) claimed we should have paid money to come in for 30 minutes. Not my issue he can’t communicate with his own daughter. If that’s the case, He should have charged the decorator for being there as well and his daughter should have charged us before agreeing. Literally knows nothing about business, respect, or customer service. He also claimed we should pay to have the floors cleaned. I guess he really wants a lawsuit lol.

Poor management, was attending reception party and the manager guy told the dishwasher to ram thru the crowded people to get past them and ran over guests feet with trolley, goof ball. We have a big family we will get word out to stop booking this place.

I would give zero stars to this place.Cleanliness - 0 starManagement - 0 starAmbience - 0 starManger - Negative 100 (Monster)They are always understaffed and won't take responsibility. The business owner is greedy person. I wish her daughter (only nice person in management team) takes over the business ASAP otherwise this will be no where in 2 years.The manger (NOBEL) is a horrible person and lacks professionalism; he don't know anything but acts like he owns this place (there is no wrong in owning the business) but his attitude is going to get bad credit. He don't know how to treat guest and have a bad habit of eating food in front of the guest (at least i saw him more than 5 times ) but when it comes to guest he don't care if they eat or not.I asked for warm water for my elderly brother but he refused and insisted to drink cold water such a monster .

Worst customer service for a banquet hall in Bay area, never experienced anything as such before while hosting so many parties and events here, this new management is all money talks, they do not follow their own contract and change things last minute, they can spoil and destroy any event in last minute with their money talk and asking extra money from your vendors like outside food vendor, we paid to use the kitchen and they denied it last minute while we had limited time and we need to host the event in few hours but here we are fighting over to use tkitchen when it was clearly paid for to use for the event. This new management will charge for money for every single small things u use event the stage, the small rooms are normally part of the hall but they charge for that also, they do not care about your event at all and only do money talks. I do not recommend anyone to this hall, pay someone else lil extra for a stress free event then getting it done here. Worst management to deal with both father and daughter are lost but only greedy for money.
