everytime i go i have a horrible experience to the point i avoid this ross security is so extra and self checkout is even worse they are very picky about how many items even if u have less then 10 and they check receipts after u pay and again at the door i've felt stupid and they had me going back and forth between security and self checkout because something kept beeping i had no sensors! AVOID THIS ROSS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

It’s been always beautiful living in Fremont since I grew up here, I been always going to ROSS, but today it’s was so rude almost not the only that Indian cashier, but also the Asian STORE MANAGER, BRANDA was so rude, I just requested to return 2 items, that wanted to return, I had a receipt only thing there wasn’t no tag. And I when searched same type of Russian top was there, with a price tag that displays in shirt tag, she denied to return it. Which I never wore it just, I remove tag to wore it since it caught my hair torn. Otherwise I never wore it at all. And this MANAGER, BRANDA was so rude at first she’s like oh we don’t do that here. We need the tags I’m like I have the receipt and the other piece I took from the store has price same shirt u can just match it’s the same price written on receipt but they were so horrifying that they didn’t return at all. And I have been coming this store all of my life. So just now at 5.17pm todays 18th June 24. I travelled more miles when to NEWARK CITY and spoke to STORE MANAGER, AMANDA was ABOVE & BEYOND in the customer she RETURNED my 2 items and initiated my REFUNDS for both items. She said it’s very much clear those items are on receipt and even it’s also displayed those items in their store too. Being grown up in Fremont and never been treated this bad way in ROSS in Fremont Hub. It’s the worst Managers are there. So rude so unpredictable unprofessional store MANAGER, BRANDA @4:30pm 18June24.

This ross is ok. I always find nice things but unfortunately the service is terrible, specially when it comes to asking for something in the jewelry section. They usually have 1 cashier open and no one around to help get a jewelry item. I was left to wait for about 20 min until I decided to go join the check out line myself and that way get the item I wanted.

The supervisor was so terrible she looks like angry bird she is unprofessional even she can’t speak English I think she is Iranian I don’t know why Ross hired such a angry birds she is awful I hope Ross take care of such weed.
