My husband bought a new pair of boots and had the old ones resold in Nov 2024 and they told him it would only take 5-6 weeks. After about 8 weeks and numerous phone calls to red wing they couldn’t tell us when we’d be getting his boots back. So now it’s March and we just got the boots back and they were unfinished so he had to be refunded. Now not even three weeks after getting his boots back the sole is coming off. Let’s just say the last family owned red wing will not be getting our business or our family’s business again. Horrible customer service. I’ll be calling for a refund in the morning. Don’t waste your time go to someone local support an better business
