Rude nurse. Didn't even give a warning before pinching in the needle for routine blood test.

Deliberately run late on appointments. Management and public service should look into it.

On Dec 11 2023 I had my blood drawn here. The phlebotomist was reckless and stabbed my arm so hard that it injured the vein and caused a lot of blood to pool up under my skin. I tried to call Quest to report him, but I could not reach a human. Avoid this location at all costs

They treat you very unfair depending on your color of skin!! I had an appointment scheduled but I was 1 min late - that lady allowed all other people who had the same issue - this is not a way to treat a person. One of the worst behavior and racist people who are here - never go to quest Fremont

Scheduled appointment makes it real quick and easy. Arrive 5 mins before appointment time. Check in and wait to be called. Phlebotomists are friendly. Please do not come for walk in, it’s just a waste of time, as they attend walk in only if there is a cancellation ( which is almost never)

Don't go to this horrible place! The manager and staff suck and were mean! I was in line for a walk-in appointment. Because I went to my car to grab something and missed their call, they took out my name on the waiting list and asked me to resign in and go back to the end of the line. What the heck! There are no signs letting people know not to leave the waiting room. I tried to speak with the manager and hope she could let me in after the person behind me. Unfortunately, she was no help, and the manager was very rude. No wonder why the reviews for this place are so bad; this was a waste of time!

My husband and I are seniors, and really appreciated "Z" as our phlebotomist (hope I'm spelling this correctly. Z was so into helping us, and he answered all of our questions. My hubby has dementia and Z even walked him to the lobby, so he didn't get lost from me, while I was waiting for him. Like I said, "We are so appreciated of your phlebotomist, "Z." Kudos to him and hope you hire more folks like him. We had quit going to this site as we had such cranky folks working for you, we will be back to this site (thanks to Z). So, we had to go to Yelp to write this review, because your software on your site isn't working?!? William and Loretta Sylvia Fremont, CA 94538

I think the wait time was decent office run behind wasn't too bad. I had a 2:40 appointment was called at 3:05. The lady who took my son's blood was super nice fast and good. Only reason I give 3 stars is because I didn't see anyone change gloves. I work in a dental surgery office and glove changing is huge. She was touching all her keyboard and opening doors that everyone touches. I was nervous because it was my babies first time drawing blood he's only 5 and didn't even say anything but she drew blood and didn't change her gloves even after we were done she went back to touching her keyboard. Cleanliness should be top priority in places like this. Nice people but work on cross contamination. I usually go to San Jose on alum rock super clean but always booked.

Worst service ever. First of all their appointment does not make sense as their system is always messing up according to them. And no one is on front desk to talk after you got there, so if you are on time also they don't know and than they start pushing your appointment back as you in you were late. Worst part is staff. They are rude and literally don't want to talk or solve your problems. I will never suggest this place to anyone. Being doctor I know importance of people's time.

Incompetent staff, pricked my 6 year old twice when he was fasting. During the procedure, the manager walked in creating a ruckus and unnerving the physician. I tried to have the physician focus on my son and not pay attention to the yelling. However, the lab-technician after pricking my son a second time, walked away leaving my son without bandaging him. I had to bandage him as the staff argued. Next, the lab-technician walks in saying she needs to prick him a third time as they did not get enough blood. My son who was mild and quiet so far, refused to get pricked a third time and began crying softly. The manager, without an ounce of empathy, had him wait outside in the reception. We walked away without having the test completed. Such incompetent staff and management needs to be revised. Manager cannot come in creating a ruckus unnerving staff while they are with patients and then act frustrated if a child starts crying after the ruckus she created. Whatever the matter, good vibes and patience always makes a work environment easier for everyone. The manager can't manage herself, let alone a diagnostic centre.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Having an appointment means nothing. You still sit for over an hour after checking in 20 mins early. If you have been fasting for 12 hours prior, tough luck. You still have to sit and keep starving even if it makes you sick. Again, an appointment means nothing when 50 other people also have appointments. To add insult to injury, the tv in the waiting room will repeatedly tell you that appointments dont wait when they show up. Meanwhile, you have been waiting over an hour for your appointment. If you just look around the waiting room it's clear they are fully out of touch with the reality of their business. If you can find a human being and are lucky enough to get some acknowledgment, they will be rude and even slammed the door in one persons face. Almost like its the patients fault that we r on time and they r behind over an hour. This is not just this location but pretty much both Fremont locations. No number to call to speak to someone. No easy way to reschedule. It's WORSE THAN THE DMV! Who thought that was even possible, but now we know. The winner for worst customer service goes to Quest. Don't go here if you have a choice
