To begin with, I unfortunately went to the wrong location. After realizing, I had time so I quickly went to the correct one as my appointment was at 9.40am. I reached there by around 9.43am and tried to check in but couldn’t. I tried multiple times but didn’t work. Asked the staff over there to which I was told that I need to sign up for the stand by list. Why? Can’t we have 10mins grace period? Can people not have a bad luck or an emergency? Having some grace period is the basic thing any system should have. Nothing is perfect.

Had an appointment. Got there early but had to still wait an hour past appointment time. This place is clearly under staffed.

"HORRIBLE PLACE", I did walk in early in the morning, they made me sit for 2 hours and then suddenly a lady came out saying that the appointments are full and walk ins might not get chance today. I luckily got appointment later the same day and got there on time and still had to wait for over an hour. i had appointment at 11:40AM and at 12:15PM the lady told me they still working with people from 11:00AM appointment. This is ridiculous, the clinic was empty and they kept saying that appointments are full and they are busy.

Checked in 15 minutes early for my appointment but was called 15 minutes past my appointment time.

Was sent here by my employer to do a drug test and they don’t do drug tests at this location so I went to another location off mowry street and they also don’t do drug tests. I could be working right now this place is awful, you can’t talk to a person because all they have are kiosks.
