Communication has been fine unfortunately the Varis parts I received were not manufactured well. The carbon fiber gel coat has pockets of air and pin holes that you can see light through.

Had the misfortune of dealing with Mark... if that's truly his name. Lied to me from the beginning. Posed as several different people and acted as if he was allowing himself as the salesperson the excuse of being to busy to answer or return my calls when he was posing as a manager at the time. Real shady. Nothing he said was true kept giving excuses. Paid $1900 for a used motor for my 79 year old dad's Toyota truck and was given the runaround. When I met Mark over the phone I explained to him that we had a problem with the previous online company and that they kept lying to us and giving us false excuses and he said that would never happen here at pristine. Well that very same thing happened.

Came for a set of WORK wheels, ceramic coating for the wheels, and fender roll. The wheels arrived really fast but I had to wait for another week for the services. They were pretty booked since there was only one person working at the time but John was able to fit me in his schedule. Dropped off car in the morning and picked up 4 hours after. Thank you Alvin and John for the excellent service and unbeatable price.

Had my roof wrapped a few weeks ago. Scheduled an appointment and John helped me out. I had a few hours to kill so he volunteered to drop me off at the nearby Century Theater so I could watch a movie. Although we did run into a hiccup, he reassure me that everyone wpuld be alright. Down to earth, great customer service, and great pricing. There's also plazas around the area for your to eat and hang out around while you wait. Would recommend!

I bought a seibon NSX hood and NSX spoiler from Pristine Parts. The fitment on the spoiler was okay but there were 2 holes that didn't line up. The hood fit. Although in the area near the upper headlights, the hood sank down low. It's probably because the mold's that seibon was using are probably really old? I got a decent deal on the parts so I didn't mind. I ended up selling the parts later. The staff at pristine parts were pretty nice. They were quick to order and had it available for pick up, faster than expected. They do vinyl wrap and also sell a lot of different parts. It's best to call them for whatever you're looking for.
