Horrible service! They promised to deliver within 10-15days. However one of my packages was still in SF after 10 days. 1 month later, it's still not delivered and stranded in China custom without any delivery company to pick up the package. I called several times and told them that the things I shipped have expiration date. They were so mean saying " so what?!" Then they asked me to pick up myself when the receiver was in north China and the package was in Guangzhou! I said how can I go pick it up? They came back with " the your package is lost!" What the hell?! The worst service on earth!!!!!!
