STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! This store is a scam all over the place. Bought a sofa and asked the guy if you're going to send a brand new one. He said yes. Just to find out a week later of owning it, it was used. Called the lady named Tammy and was SUPER rude. Said it was used. Gave me a straight up "NO". I was told new and expected a new sofa. Wont give me a refund or exchange it at all. This is a scamming business all around. Due to covid why would I want a used couch. Think about that. Or even put a sign on the couch saying "as is" like others do. Stay away please.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF FURNITURE THEY ARE F*** IN SUCKS.I ORDER MY BED 6 week before she said I can pick up in 3-4 week when I call for pickup she said I can get my money back because they did not have that bed I order what the f*** if you don't have that bed why you got money in advance she f****** waste my 6 week she is so stupid and idiot I say no respect for customers time f*** you

Beware of this furniture store! I bought a sofa set from them that was just delivered today and it looks used! It didn't even come in manufacturers packaging! It came Saran wrapped! Also, it came with a stain and wear and tear on the leg. Also, it arrived already assembled! I'm guessing they gave me their floor/showroom model but charged me full price! Very dishonest! I should have listened to the reviews! I regret this purchase so much! I argued with them but they insisted it is brand new and that they assembled it in their warehouse because it's easier for delivery! Don't go to this furniture store! It's cheap for a reason! But I didn't expect them to be flat out dishonest and cheating me right in front of my face! Unbelievable! Karma will give them what they deserve! Crooks! Just look at the attached photos with the stain and the wear & tear on the leg! It just doesn't look or smell like a new sofa set! Especially during this pandemic, I didn't want to buy a used furniture set because of the Covid 19 virus! But look what I ended up getting! This is so unsafe that they would try and pass something off for brand new but it is used in this era of viruses and germs! I don't know what to do or who to turn to for justice & compensation!

Excited to find a good looking couch and love seat for about $800. Looked great in the store, looked great at home(at first). Fast forward a little over a year later, and they are falling apart. What a waste of money. Will never, ever shop there again. Lesson learned .

I SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS! My couch was delivered today. The guy literally THREW my pillows inside fir the couch and then this evening when I went to sit down on the couch THE ENTIRE BACK is broken on the left side!!!! I will call them first thing in the morning. I'll let you know what happens!

When i went i thought the lady was nice but surely after i realized she was just trying to make a sell but that's what i get for being cheap you get what you pay for i guess and this place is called Payless because the furniture is cheap and low quality i called her to inform her that the furniture that i was giving was damaged and she pretty much told me i did it myself the damages are pretty impossible to do by just sitting down not only are the chairs to the table damaged the table it's self still has plastic stuck something they should have removed when they set up she told me to try and spray windex in it or a little bit of wd40 like wow some customer service if i were you i would stay away from this place unless you want cheap furniture ......

This place has the best pieces to fill up our new apartment!! As we were getting tired of our search, we stumbled upon this place with the best prices. Unmatched. When we came in, it was rather busy and the sales person was juggling between customers. They greeted my girlfriend and I and told us to browse around and come grab them once we find something. It took us a bit, as the place had a good variety of choices. The sales person checked in periodically to make sure we weren't stumped. The delivery experience was great too because they actually grabbed our old mattress for us, very convenient.Overall great place to shop for new furniture.

I want to give this place 0 stars, they delayed my Order a few times and I was very accommodating. They l still took my money and decided to call a month later saying they could deliver what I had order and was trying to get my to get this other table that was not what I requested. They took one of my orders to a different location and delayed it even though I had taken off work to be there when they delivered. Worst place to buy anything or do business with. Please save yourself some time and your happiness and go else where.
