Brought my dad here for an overdue haircut. They accept walk in's but I called 5 minutes before we showed up and they were able to begin right away. $15 for hair and $15 for beard. $30 all together to shave an older man's head/face is not a bad deal. The lady was so nice to my father. She made great conversation with him plus gave good tips and hair advice. I really liked the way the lady treats her customers. Not sure of her name but I'm sure all of them are nice. Great place for a seniors haircut even though it's not advertised as such. If you have an elderly parent in need of haircut, I would bring them here due to the kind treatment they will receive.

Beware of add-on pricing. Blowout was to be $15...bill was $40. They added on hairspray $10, flat iron $20, etc. without asking me and without telling me it cost extra! I went for highlights. Was to be $150. They added on low lights $80, keratin $30?, and hairspray $10...all without asking me! Final bill was $320!! Be very clear if they do something if it costs extra. Even AFTER I say, blowout ONLY!, no flat iron, no hairspray, no serum...somehow they always add on something else that costs money. I've been going here for 10 years...why? because it's close to my house and they do nails, hair, and waxing. Otherwise, if I have more time, I go to Sasam Salon across the street (Joe at Sasam doesn't burn my scalp nor tug my hair). And last time I went, they flat ironed my hair, which I DIDN'T ask for and they burned my forehead for a treatment I DIDN'T want! Depending on who you get, your hair will be pulled, your ears burned. They don't sanitize their brushes. I forgave all this due to their cheap prices but with all the non-approved extras, it's not saving me any money. I should give them 1 star but considering I still go here when I'm desperate, gave them two.

My daughter got a layered haircut and her eyebrows done here for the first time. They were quick and did a great job with both. My daughters hair came out so soft and shiny after her cut. Her eyebrows were shaped and waxed. She was very happy with the results. We will be coming back. It was very reasonable priced. 50.00 for both. These days for those services it can be more expensive elsewhere.

My wife, daughter and myself have been regulars at Passion Salon for over 8 years. Our go to stylist is Anna. Anna is very attentive to our needs and the quality of her work is top notch. Jesse, the owner is friendly and cares about her customers. We will keep coming back here.

Very very unhappy when they (Anna, to be exact) charged me twice as much than other customer! She colored my 3" long hair with some gray. When it was done, it was bi-color. The gray area turned into red and the dark color area get darker. She knew it herself that the result was bad and offered me to do correction. I accepted the offer and the end result was ok. I was happy at first thinking they care about their customer and the end result, until she charged me. She charged me double! I also saw the other customer with much much longer hair paid half of what I had to pay. I asked her why she is charging me double and she said that's how much I paid before. I know exactly how much I paid before. When I get home, I confirmed with my friendhow much she had to pay for her hair (which is 3 times longer), she paid only half of what I had to pay today. So, whoever is reading this review, always confirm the price before you go in. I am never, ever going back there again. Be ware of the lady name Anna. She is very tricky.

Got an appointment right away w Carly. Looking for new nail person as mine retired after 40 years. On referral went here. Another of negative reviews but I trust my friends referral. Salon not luxurious. But cozy. I didn't sense any negative vibes, and asked for a basic pedicure. Carly was attentive to my cuticles and my preference of how I wanted my nails cut. I was very pleased and may have an upgraded pedi next time. I watched two men, one young adult and an older gentleman get hair cuts. Ladies were very thorough and these guys looked great ( one hadn't had a cut since before COVID). Hair mopped up right away. Noticed foot baths were very clean and inserts were used. Good experience. Don't pay attention to naysaying reviews.

If you're looking for a Frills haircut. We walked in 520 pm weekday before they closed at 6pm. No one in store. 11 yo Daughter was able to get a hair cut with layers. 2-3" off. Quoted $30 when asked how much. They use spray bottle to wet hair. Hair stylist asked how much to cut and style prior to Cutting & suggested a rounded at ends. Daughter was happy. If there was less than one star I would give it to them. The manager Jessie is very rude and have NO sense of customer service. She has a short fuse. I have had appointments in the past and had to wait in many occasions. In one occasion i had an appointment on Saturday with one of their staffs which was a no show. I reached out and they said there was a confusion, but I gave them a benefit of the doubt without being upset about the situation. One time I was late for an appointment myself and could not inform them in a timely fashion because my phone had died and had to be charged. I called her later after chagrining my phone WITHIN 10 mins and she went ballistic without trying to listen to my explanation. I had to fire back and her and remind her about the past appointments when they were late and a no show. After that she advised me to call the person who I had my appointment with. By that time I was done with her and I even made sure my wife stopped going there as well. We had been their clients for many years. You never treat your long standing clients like that. There are so many saloons out their with better pricing and more importantly way better customer service. In fact it was a blessing in disguise as I found a much better place. I would NOT recommend ANYONE AT ALL to this place, NONE what's so ever.Service: Hair styling

I come here and see Nikki for my hair cuts and wax, she is amazing! I have been coming here for about a year or so now and am always pleased with my services.
