I've been here several times, they aren't big on letting you see items before purchasing so hard to know what is in stock if you want to buy they send you to the website which isn't always up to date ordered a 1/2 ounce piece and was told 3 weeks until they would have it in store when online it claimed to be in stock. Fast forward to today I'm trying to recoup some money for a purchase I need to make I walk in don't get greeted get instantly told can you come back in 45 minutes. I clarified so you aren't buying any gold or silver he confirmed they didn't have any cash and sent me on my way. I did call to confirm and the lady on the phone informed me he must have been busy because he definitely has cash for purchases on said day. Which in my opinion is very poor business practice. I get it precious metals are expensive and people are walking in with big money so I may seem insignificant with my transaction for selling my ounces of gold and tubes of ASE but even if it was a smaller transaction I should have got the same attention and respect as everyone else in the store at the time. All around bad customer service one gentleman there who knows understands the business the rest are not as friendly or knowledgeable. Don't recommend for purchases or selling not easy or pleasant to deal with.

I visited this place for the first time today. The gentleman that waited on me was a absolute gentleman. This place is very friendly and professional. Top notch service. Took some old coins in and was there at least an hour. Every coin was looked up and evaluated. Great staff. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

In a business that typically lacks honesty, these guys are honest, honest, honest! I brought an old sterling tea set to them I had picked up at a yard sale.... They literally looked up the markings on them and told me I could sell them myself online for upwards of $2,000! I hadn't even thought the set could have more value than the melt down value. They absolutely have my business from now on! Thanks gentlemen! It was a pleasure!

I came in with mint condition .999 silver, sunshine minting company, that I purchased from AMEX in late 2013. I kept it in the box, in the sealed plastic, for almost nine years. I went into sell it, and all they would offer me, was spot.Basically they'd give me 20 bucks for something they could easily sell for 25 bucks. I said, [really, you can't even give me 22? On something you could easily sell for 25!?] Nobody has this stuffed, and your trying just plain old rob me, you must not like making money.. Then, as I left toward my car, I realized.. they do like making money.. and the way they prefer to make it.. is to STEAL IT!

Drove 30 minutes here because I read all the good reviews. Walked in trying to sell some gold jewelry, was told their xray scanner was broken and they weren't able to buy it. Lol what a s*** business, at least take off the sign you have outside that says "we buy gold" and put it back when you are ACTUALLY conducting business.
