Great service! O got the battery from them about 2 years ago. The battery started to behave badly but was still under the 3 years warranty. They replaced it right there for free in under 10 minutes. Awesome service!

I burnt out a car light I went to buy the light and when I asked the employee for help he told me I'm sorry but we didn't provide that service I told him I understand but just tell me how I do it he says I'm sorry but I'm just here By my self don't have to no one else and I told him and the other employee who is there he said yes but he is busy and he can't go out, wow what’s a bad service they give at that location the truth is I don't recommend that place I don't go there it is not nice pay for items and no get service, I was paying for it was not free so don’t go there not good employees don’t looks happy

I ordered onlinr and went to pick up my purchase the following morning. Acvording to yhe wrbsite and emsil I had receibef the store shoild hsve been open but it was closed. A long wasted drive. I called the supervisor and tegional manager. They never answered their phones. My next purchase will be elswhere.

Bad attitude. I have been shopping there for 10 to 15 years. I recently bought a battery at the Rio Linda store which wouldn't hold a charge after a couple of days. I tried charging with two different battery chargers. I brought it back to the Rio Linda store. They refused to even check it out other than saying it had low voltage which was my complaint They said it must be the charging vehicle. I again explained it wasn't a vehicle but a battery charger. The refused to exchange the battery or give me any satisfaction at all. Clearly the last time I will do business with them. I bought a new battery at Auto Zone which has been fine every since then. They don't stand behind their equipment!

I'm the type that doesn't know much about cars and oh my Lord, my car showed a low coolant light. So I stopped in and Keith advised on the best coolant for my Mercedes..... and helped to fill the levels. I couldn't do any of this on my own. He was patient and kind. The best customer service ever!!

The employees are all childish and don't know what their doing. They lie lot, you order parts and they say pick it up the next day and they never ordered it, and when they get you the parts they always get the wrong ones. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR!!

I waited 4 hours for a part when I could have driven less than 10 minutes for it. Last month they gave me the wrong tail lights 3 times!
