My Windwiper has been broke a part for some reasons.Googled the nearest store is here.The Store Attendant Kevin was very nice.he patiently illustrated me how to install this step by step,then came inside when I install properly.i am very regardful.

Just called this location and was pleasantly greeted by Kevin. I’m getting quotes on some suspension work for my truck and was searching the internet to kinda price check the individual prices of the parts I was told I needed. Knowing I wasn’t going to buying the parts directly from him Kevin still took the time to look up the prices of different brands for the item in question. Never felt rushed and he gave me above and beyond the customer service you would expect from any establishment. Thank you Kevin and when I need to buy anything I’ll be coming her for sure!

Had a very bad experience with this location employees was very rude unprofessional and they know I have all my three businesses accounts with them still rude and unprofessional I ask like 5 other mechanics shop they all said the same rude unprofessional late for the part delivery all that

DO NOT SHOP HERE - I called & spoke to an Isaiah who made sure that the coolant I was ordering on their site was right for my car - He said you don't even have to wait to get the email confirmation "I got it right here up front - Just head down right now I'll mark it as confirmed" I said great - Thank you! So, I got down there - Isaiah is gone for the day. KevinMathew (Yes this what his name tag actually said) starts looking for it - 2-3 different places - "I can't find it - let me look at a one last place" Comes back & tells me WITH AN ATTITUDE "WE HAVE SOLD OUT! I'LL HAVE TO ORDER SOME MORE OR I CAN LOOK TO SEE WHAT OTHER STORE HAS IT SO THAT YOU CAN GO PICK IT UP THERE !!!" I said I want to pick it up here- WITH AN ATTITUDE AGAIN "THEN YOU HAVE TO COME BACK & PICK IT UP HERE" Am I going to get a call when it comes in? WITH AN ATTITUDE AGAIN "NO" - I shouted you are rude & got out. Somewhere in there I was able to get the STORE MANAGER'S name from KevinMathew who is a manager himself. Store manager's name is Daisey But KevinMathew could not tell me when she works again :I CAN NOT GIVE YOU THAT INFORMATION!) I'll be calling Daisey on Monday AFTER CANCELLING MY ORDER to have her read this review - And if she does not fire KevinMathew because of this incident & his attitude I'll be picking this up with her district manager & if still not fired with their Corporate., This MORAN should not even be in retail or any job where there is any kind of people interaction let alone a manger. And because of this horrific experience with KevinMathew I shall NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THIS HELL HOLES STORES OR ON LINE.

Great work towards service, Mr. Diego, J and others were very good. Although, I had to visit twice within two hours, even though I asked on the phone before going to the store, as one of the staff forgot to order a part. Parts almost double the price compared to online, about 20-40% more compared to other local retailers. Fast register service. So a mixed experience on service, but they are trying. Good inventory, pricing compromised.

Waited at counter for 10 minutes with zero customers or employees in the store. I called out for help to see if someone would answer. Finally, I gave up and walked outside to find 2 store employees and one other standing outside chatting. No apologies, just an attitude that their customers are the problem. Don’t go to this store for service because they don’t deserve or work for you.
