If you are planning to use a Groupon, make sure you make an appointment AND mention you have an appointment when you arrive, otherwise that can cause some confusion due to their system. Overall, great experience with Cosmic and I have already recommended this shop to my friends who need a smog test.”

Recently brought in my 05 Acura RL (200k miles)… For diagnostic of a potential cooling system issue and general inspection. Upon talking with Erik at first arrival, He was very polite and knowledgeable & listened to my concerns with the vehicle. Erik/team did a very thorough inspection and concluded that one of my fans was not working. Was very pleased with the overall experience, their inspection report and the included detail !
Was notified via text and phone call of the findings in a detailed report that I could also (Pay for the service through the invoice!!) - Was very Convenient for me.
Overall recommend their services!! He mentioned he has a strong backgrounded BMW As well - Will be taking mine as needed!”

Very nice, air conditioned waiting room as well where I could sit and see when my car was done being washed. Price seems to also be way cheaper than other shops in the area. “Everytime American's Tire causes my tire related issues (stripped lug nuts or stripped hub) I am sent here to fix them. Alan and the crew then fix them properly with not so much delay. They also spotted that my shock absorbers are outdated and replaced them at a reasonable price (I acknowledge that the boots are ripping off and my driving experience was a bit off alignment before this replacement). Now I come here for regular maintenance (oil change, etc), and they have not disappointed me in any way. Very satisfied with their professionalism!”

“Been coming here for years now. Same owner. The young guys who were working here are now all grown up .... Maybe they're family? Anyway, I like that I can drive in and see and feel them working the car. I see them bringing out the high mileage bottles of oil. Sometimes they dipstick check and top off. I've taken to asking them for a dipstick check knowing my car. $45 labor + $19.95 for high mileage oil and filter. Would be less if you bought regular oil. Seems about reasonably priced nowadays. Happy to pay more for supporting mom and pop local shop.”

“Was interested in an auto they had for sale and not only did they answer my inquiry right away yesterday, but when I arrived this afternoon to look at the car I was amazed. The service and employees top notch 100%. I did end up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in and they truly made the whole process go so smooth without a hitch that really help put my mind at ease. They took care of all the DMV paperwork for me which i highly appreciated because who likes dmv trips? ....no one...Exactly... Left super satisfied not only with my purchase but the whole experience in all. Awesome job guys!”
“UPDATE 08/25: Their regional manager Lathan rectified the situation by getting a new skid plate ordered and installed. Updating to 4* for the good customer service from Lathan!
Had an absolutely horrible experience here today. The metallic skid plate/splash shield in my 2017 Honda Accord got damaged due to improper re-attachment by them after a transmission fluid change. It started scraping on the freeway road after I drove less than 5 miles from their shop.
When I took it back, they removed the skid plate but I was shocked that they did NOT take responsibility for something that was obviously an issue caused by their improper re-installation. They were trying to blame me for running over something which I obviously did not. The guy there named “Mohammad” was extremely rude!
Now I am left to fend for myself and this is leading to 100$+ in spend at my end for damage caused by their negligence.
I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop and their shady practices.”
