My wife and I were visiting family down here and decided to check this cigar lounge out. When there we were greeted quickly by Jeb and he helped us out. The vibe here was super friendly and welcoming. I left with a box of cigars I had been looking for and a v cutter that my wife snuck in. Will definitely be returning whenever we are in town.

This is the best lounge in the Bat Area, IMO. It has a nice selection a cigars, a small fridge full of beverages, comfortable furniture and atmosphere, a good TV, and helpful nice people. Everything you need.

Oh Baby, what a selection! The manager or cigar sommelier as I like to call him is very cordial & knowledgeable. He can hook you up w/ exactly the right smoke wether your a beginner or a leathered vet. The atmosphere and people there are great, I would definitely recommend giving them a visit.

Went in to pick up a torch lighter and Jeb was super friendly and honest. I will definitely be back for a nice long smoke.

What kind of place is this? I like to complain, and they take that away from me! How dare they!?! The place is comfortable, the staff is warm and friendly, and you feel welcome even when you are just browsing. My friends go there to relax, play dominoes, and enjoy a self-provided drink. I wish I could stay there all night, but they do eventually have to lock the doors. Fortunately, they often keep the doors open long after the register closes. It is a place I have never felt unwelcome even when it took me a few visits before I started making purchases. Knowledgeable staff and no pressure allowed me to loosen the grip I have on my wallet. Overall quality has a way of doing that to you.

Love this place - good selection, a cozy lounge, and helpful staff. A great BYOB spot to catch a game on Sunday. Staff has continually helped me update my palate - you all know what the top 25 are this year, but this group of guys will let you know what the top 3 of next year will be.

I was looking for a dignified cigar lounge in the bay, and decided to check out Ohlone. Fantastic atmosphere for a calm smoke. Knowledgeable, welcoming staff, unfussy while maintaining a dignified level of class. Will be back.

Very highly recommend. I visited while in the Bay Area for work and I was made right at home, I really appreciated and the selection was top notch. I can tell it’s a type of brotherhood with many regulars but I still felt like I fit right in. As a traveler It was awesome that they had everything I needed. I will definitely return each time I’m in the area.

Five stars for the staff. One star for the old liver spotted white man out front who treated me like I was some tweaker just because I'm covered in tattoos ( I assume) I sat down outside to have a cigar that I paid $25 for the day before at this location. I come to this establishment a few times a year today it's my anniversary. Bought a nice cigar the day before figured I'd come back to this place have a smoke and relax on my way to the grocery store. As I go to sit down at the table this old man says to me hey this place is usually reserved for customers. I said I am a customer, he said usually customers buy something I pulled out a $25 cigar and said I did buy something. Then he said some other little things like he owns the place.This is why people don't like this area and usually just stay at home. Yeah I may not be some old rich boomer or somebody who's lived here long enough to be able to afford it but I am young wealthy and raising a family. Once again the staff is great I've also had these old dudes make a little comments to my wife when she came here. Luckily I'm a grown man now and I didn't freak out too bad on the old dude told him to F off and I left. I think everyone sick of old white gatekeepers. Maybe I'll just buy my cigars elsewhere and enjoy them at home for now on.

From the time that I first walked in, I have been very impressed by this business. Everyone that works here is welcoming and very helpful. It can be intimidating for someone fairly new to smoking cigars, as I am, but I feel that they are very good at guiding you to a cigar that you will like. I also appreciate that they do the little things like filling up a lighter when I bought it and told me that I could always bring it in if I had any trouble with it. I also like that they have a nice selection of cigars in a good range of prices.

This place is amazing ! It was my birthday yesterday and I decided I wanted to go to a cigar lounge for the first time, so my wife and I looked up cigar lounges in the area and found Ohlone ,I’m happy I did ! Jeb the gentleman that was working the front counter was welcoming, polite, had great energy , great customer service and made amazing suggestions for me being a newer cigar smoker. I loved the set up it was a really chill vibe even the customers smoking their cigars where welcoming. I definitely will be back ……….maybe even today lol I had a great Birthday experience at Ohlone I suggest if you’re in the Fremont area you check this spot out!
