Absolutely fantastic service!
I came in for printouts and scans, and the whole process was quick, efficient, and perfect. What stood out the most was the friendly, smiling attitude and the personal attention given to each customer. She patiently helped with every task, making sure everything was just right. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers. A big thank you for the wonderful service ??

Zero stars. Walked in on a Tuesday at 4pm. As a walk through the door she yelled from the back “ it’ll be at least an hour”! I said “ for what I haven’t told you why I’m here”. She said “one hour there’s people here”. Very odd

Dont use this service. Came in for passport photos for my family, left within 30 seconds. The owner has a horrible passive aggressive attitude. She was taking pictures of another family, we said absolutely nothing to interrupt her.. she turns around and tells us that she's taking pictures and to please sit down because she will not give us attention. "So do not stand at the desk because i will not give you attention." I was looking for PRICING. Hopefully your photos dont stink as much as your attitude.

We had the most incredible experience when we visited this amazing place, all thanks to a wonderful lady who greeted us at the front counter. We're pretty sure she's the manager because she handled everything with such ease and professionalism.
From the moment we walked in, she had a big smile on her face and made us feel so welcome. She wasted no time in taking charge of our visit, snapping four pictures of us in no time at all. It was impressive how quickly she got us sorted out and ready to go.
But what really stood out was her cheerful attitude and willingness to help. Despite being busy, she took the time to chat with us and make sure we were having a good time. It felt like she genuinely cared about our experience there.
We left feeling so grateful for her kindness and efficiency. It's not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. So, to that amazing lady at the front counter, thank you for making our day so special!

I struggled to find a place that will take Canadian Citizenship Photographs around the East Bay area. Niche Business Cafe came to the rescue. Ivana knew exactly what I needed before I even asked her. I just showed her the dimensions of the photo I needed, and she knew right away it's for Canada. She managed to get my 1 yr old to smile in the picture and to actually stay still for his photo. My son absolutely loved her :). We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They are super fast, very professional, super courteous and extremely patient and nice. There is no other place I would go to for Government Photos, sending packages etc.. I Highly recommend this place and Ivana is the Best!!!! 10/10

Super kind owner and always gets everything done correctly and quickly. There may be a wait depending on when you go because it’s just her working there and it can get backed up, but she always does a great job. I’ve gone for passport photos, shipping, LiveScan, and printing.

This is my #1 choice for fingerprinting now! I have come several times and Ivana is always so kind, patient, and efficient. She is usually the only employee so you may have wait times but the office is a lovely environment so I don't mind. She also gets through everyone fast without reducing the quality or kindness of her work. She prefers cash or venmo but takes other payment forms as well. Highly recommend!
