This is not just another FedEx store. The owner of the store is very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that the experience is pleasant. He helped us find the right envelopes and binder clips for the courier. He was also not in a hurry and definitely took time to help us. Highly recommend

Recommend this shipping center, I have a 27 inch iMac Pro plus a base to ship, and there is no standard shipping box. The owner helped me done the custom packing patiently, it took over an hour to everything packaged. It was safely delivered in 6 days. (I believe there is no way to do a custom packaging in a standard FedEx or UPS center)

My first time here! Originally needed to ship a package out today with USPS but once I got there was told I needed to go and print my own label. I called this FedEx Authorized ShipCenter in search for a place to print and was welcomed here! This place is under NEW and BETTER management! I was greeted warmly and had my label printed and secured to my package within a minute. The owner was so sweet to even offer this label and packaging as complimentary to me. I will definitely be back here, one of the fastest and easiest experiences I have ever had with FedEx!

I have been here a couple of times since Gavin, the new owner, took over this shop a few months ago. Service is good and they were opened sharp at 8:30am like the store hours said they were when I visited them.Like other reviewers said, he goes an extra mile to help you figure out the lowest cost to ship out your parcels. I tried mailing something back to Asia and the price quote I got from him versus another UPS store was cheaper by $100! Definitely recommend, especially if you are shipping internationally.They are quick with dropoff and printing you your tracking receipts.They also have a brand new PO box for customers to use, which looked bigger than the usual PO boxes other stores have.This is a hidden gem and helps you save time from lining up at the other fedex/ups authorized stores. Check it out.
