“I've been a Fremont Bank customer for years (Checking, savings, refinance, and investments). Fee structure is pretty similar to other banks and as long as you follow the requirements it's all pretty simple. If I'm short on balance and get charged a "fee" is it Fremont Banks fault? No! And while I could probably call and asked to have said fee reversed why would I, it was my error. As for this branches staff and manger they have always been pleasant and easy to deal with. In short I LOVE Fremont Bank!”
“This is my favorite Chase in Fremont. The customer service is great every time I visit this location! I am greeted when I walk in, asked what I need and taken care of. While I've waited to open bank accounts, staff members have asked if I want a water. This 5 star is for Andy Bai. He is knowledgeable, friendly and provides amazing customer service. He's supported me with opening a business bank account and throughout the process, he explained everything. He's been available via phone calls to answer all my questions. Wouldn't bank anywhere else!”
