We needed a new queen bed to replace a twin. The sales person was quite knowledgeable, personable and was able to help us choose the perfect bed. It was a very positive experience.

Went back to see Charles since I was in town for business. I met Charles several months ago and he was very informative and helpful. It made the decision to come back in very easy, even though I live 3 hours away. Great store and a great place to shop for a bed.
