The customer service provided by DG Auto Body was excellent! When I dropped off my car, they called the rental car company for me and arranged for a ride to pick up my rental. My car was repaired on the same day and when I returned to pick it up, they instructed me to leave the rental car there and they would contact Enterprise to pick it up. Freddy was great to work with, and I highly recommend this place for their affordable prices.

This shop has very bad service. I highly recommend people DO NOT let this shop to repair your car. They don't care about their job quality. Also, they do not fix their mistake. My car got stuck in this poor managed repair shop for a simple paint job for more than 100 days. What my car needs is repaint 4 panels after someone hit my car. Their first paint job was totally mismatch the color and i don't think anyone would accept it. I requested to repaint it. However, after 2 weeks waiting, they did not take out the door parts and repaint it. All the door parts got over sprayed. Some of the area is very difficult to clean up. The most important thing is they just repaint the outside of the car. All of door trim and other area of the car did not get the new paint. So I got two different color for the new paint job on my car. I requested to repaint the rest of the area again. Then I have to wait another 2 weeks to do another paint job. The bad things happen again. They were still missing to paint some of the area. Also, they dent of the new paint job. Their job is mess because of their poor management. Their employee also scratched my windshield on purpose because I keep complaining their poor job. If you love your car, please think twice before you stop by this body shop!All in all, my car stuck in this poor managed body shop for more 100 days. However, what I got is poor paint job and scratched windshield.

It's a real challenge making a decision on body shops when you have a limited selection for direct insurance-to-shop arrangements. We went with DG and were satisfied with the work from a fender bender. While your insurance may not authorize authentic parts, the shop did a nice job with the paint on our CX5. Everyone was professional and transparent throughout the process. While not really required, would have been nice to get a detailed car back. They did keep the car clean and it appears like they did some cleaning.

David and his team provided excellent service on repairing my car after a small accident. I am going to be taking my car back to have some other minor repairs done in the near future. I highly recommend using this company!!

Forgot to write a review for when we came here last time. 10 out of 10, excellent service and workmanship on a full respray of our 1993 Toyota Corolla. Even sourced a replacement front bumper for us in no time. Price was the most fair and reasonable of all places we'd looked at. Utmost thanks to David and colleagues. My car is a 2014 Ford Fusion. I had very bad sun bleach spots in the paint on the roof, hood and trunk. The clear coat was deteriorating and it looked very bad. My wife and daughter have been bugging me for the last year to get it repainted. I asked a close friend of mine who they would recommend here in Fremont and they refered me to David. I took my car in for an estimate and David was very prompt and courteous. He gave me a quote that afternoon and when I asked for a little better pricing he agreed. The work was performed this week and delivered on schedule. My daughter posted an Instagram photo and got many responses from her followers on the quality of the job. My 19 year old car was in desperate need of a paint job. I spoke with more than half a dozen auto body shops: most wouldn't take on work that was not insurance related, and the few that did provide a quote were exorbitantly expensive. Just when I was about to give up hope, I stopped by DG Auto Body & Paint on a whim. The receptionist told me that everyone had just gone into a meeting and asked if I could return later that day. But I lived an hour away and wouldn't be back in the area for a while so I said I would wait. Just a few minutes later, David Gutierrez, the company president stepped out to say that they were still waiting for someone to join on conference call so he could give me ten minutes. He walked over to look at my car and to my surprise said that they would be happy to take it on for a very reasonable price and could fit it in their schedule that week; I could hardly believe my ears! I dropped my car off with them the next day and was told it would take up to five days before it would be ready so I was surprised to receive a phone call from David just three days later to say it would be ready that afternoon! And what a beautiful job they did - my car looks like it's brand new again! I am so pleased with this company - from my interactions with David, the actual workmanship, and the lovely receptionists that were there for intake and check out. Thank you so much, DG Auto Body & Paint! I highly recommend them!!

I had my 2008 Saab 9-3 convertible repainted after it had been out in the sun for 15 years with the paint fading / cracking, and some people had bumped into it while *trying* to parallel-park. I looked at various different paint shops in the South Bay Area and found DG Auto Body & Paint immediately trustworthy, professional, and fair-priced. And still, I was a little nervous when I brought my beloved car there, only to be very pleasantly surprised when I picked it up 10 days later. What a great job they did (see before / after pictures) and now I am getting thumbs-up again and again when I am out on the road. People regularly say "what a beautiful car that is". DG Auto did a fabulous paint job on my bmw x3 2005 , their paint is better than the original bmw factory paint 17 yrs ago. I got a simple single stage paint service and looks fabulous.

I was recently involved in an accident and AAA recommended this Auto Body Shop. I brought my Porsche to this shop and I am so glad that I did. They are more than 5 stars! I was also hesitant to sink too much money into an old car, but finally decided to go for it.
