Today I took my Tesla Model 3 to Love Shop Auto for an alignment service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional and patient, answering all my questions with expertise. The service was fast, allowing me to get back on the road quickly.
What stood out was the cozy office room they provided for me to have meetings while I waited. It was a thoughtful touch that made the wait much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Love Shop Auto for anyone in need of auto services. Their customer care and quality of work are truly top-notch!
Just to note that they recently changed their name to "Pop's Shop Auto" on their shop sign, so keep an eye out to avoid getting lost while searching for them;)

I recently took my BMW M3, equipped with custom suspension arms, to Love Shop Auto for an alignment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Love Shop Auto were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand the specifics of my car's setup as it has some specific features that aren't OEM and discussed the alignment process in detail with me. The actual alignment work was top-notch. The technicians at Love Shop Auto demonstrated their expertise by ensuring that every aspect of the alignment was precisely dialed in. They took care to optimize the alignment settings according to my custom suspension setup, resulting in improved handling and stability. They have a really amazing team here with such a unique system that I have yet to experience anywhere else in the car community. Thank you team!!

There is a reason this place has nearly 5 stars - Lo. The owner, Lo, is not only Incredibly knowledgeable and capable of amazing work, but also just an absolutely wonderful honest person.I ordered a Dobinsons lift kit through Lo - there isn't much in it for him other than getting a potential new customer. He worked with me explaining the options, ordered the parts, and gave regular updated on where it was.I was already in love with Love having not even been to the place yet. When I went in to pick up the Dobinsons parts, I got to meet Lo - his passion for his work is infectious. An absolutely amazing place, and an absolutely wonderful person behind it.Support your local businesses - Come here! Honest and quality work. I will be coming back here for the install, and I have no question Love Shop Auto will treat my LC like it's their own.Thank you, Lo!

Brought my new purchase in for an alignment (car was going right on itself).Was in n out in less than 1hr and alignment is on spot with factory setting.This shop is owned and operated by car enthusiasts and I will definitely come back.

I was referred by a friend to Love Shop when I was looking to have new tires, Bilstein 5100's, and an add a leaf installed on my Tacoma truck. Lo was super helpful in helping me narrow down all the details to get the best lift height and tire size nailed down. After a short back and forth I had him order everything. A week later the truck was in the shop to have everything installed. They knocked the whole job out in 4 hours. It came out perfect! The truck looked way better and drove even nicer after the install and alignment. I'd highly recommend you check out this shop if you need anything like this done to your truck. Thanks Lo!

Went here to get a wheel alignment for my 1995 Ford F150. Unfortunately I need to replace a few parts before I can get it done. The young man helping was incredible. Showed me the problem and didn't even charge me for the alignment. I even tried to give him some money for lunch. He said it wasn't needed he just wants to do good business. I will go no where else!!!I was blown away by the customer service I received. As soon as my truck is fix I'll be back!

The entire staff at Love Shop are very knowledgeable when it comes to alignments for any car make. They take the time to explain everything about the alignment process and how it affects drivability. It is rare to find a shop like this. I 100% recommend Love Shop!

I take both my E30 and E36 here for alignment services. Great atmosphere, communicative team and well priced services. Also, when I bought and mounted tires here, Lo was super helpful with making tire recommendations and helping me select the ideal choice. A job well done!

Took my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid to get a leveling kit and AT tires installed, back in 2021. Since then have put 30k trouble free miles on. Recently came back for an alignment in august of 2023 and they did a great job of explaining everything. Will come back for all my future tire/suspension needs. Shout out to Lo and Vedar!

Went for an alignment for my 80 series Land Cruiser.The waiting area was much appreciated. Fast WiFi and a comfortable couch to get some work done while they worked on my truck.Unfortunately, we couldn't get the alignment done as the tie rods had seized up. They patiently explained what was wrong to me, showed me with the car lifted up, and then refunded the deposit since the alignment could not be completed.An ice cream truck passed through as we were wrapping up and the owner bought me a milkshake to help ease the pain of needing more work done on my truck.All the mechanics are off road enthusiasts and I would particularly recommend getting work done here on your off road vehicle.Service: Wheel alignment
