Mohsen and team was fast and efficient in replacing my front windshield. Customer service was beyond excellent. Will recommend Lizard Auto Glass to friends and family moving forward!

Sadly, I've now had to use Lizard Auto Glass several times. Most recently after a window was broken and a rock hit my windshield. Both times, Lizard Auto Glass was responsive and fast. Mo came out to repair the windshield. Out of curiosity, I touched the spot that he'd repaired. It was not dry, so he had to apply something again. He was super patient. Would highly recommend Lizard Auto Glass ... but I really hope I don't need to call them again.

I had my insurance set up an in-shop appointment the next morning with the huge national chain after getting a chip on the front windshield from the freeway. After reading through their East Bay in-shop reviews, I was extremely concerned with their workmanship and customer service. Reading through Lizard Auto Glass in Fremont reviews, I requested my insurance to change the vendor to them. Calling first thing in the morning, they were able to give me an in-shop appointment 3 hours later. Team Jose and Connie are superb, with excellent chip repair workmanship from Jose and wonderful customer service from Connie. They have a lifetime warranty on parts & labor which I don't anticipate needing, but nice to know.Now I know where to recommend people when they have auto glass needs. Thanks again Jose and Connie!

Replaced the windshield on my Toyota and their hours listed on Google are not the same as their actual hours posted on the building so I went to drop off at 8am to find out that they don't open until 9am. Once I picked up the vehicle , dash cam and mic were not reattached the same way the vehicle came in, plus they has put a deep 4 inch scratch in the plastic A pillar trim. Wish they took better care of the vehicle and reinstalled the camera/mic appropriately. Price was cheapest around but I guess its also representative of the service received.

Fast and friendly service, took care of my broken window even though I arrived outside of my appointment time. Cheaper than estimates at other services as well. Would come again if I need glass service.

Found out these guys were right next to my work from just a Google search, and had an appointment the next day for some chip repair. The 'big' company was over a week out for an appointment. Glad I found Lizard Auto Glass because they were super friendly, helpful, more affordable, and now the chips were filled and won't spread! Will definitely be back for future projects, I'd rather help the smaller local shop anyway!

The Bay Area freeways hasn't been kind to my family's vehicles. Two of our cars had windshield rock chips because of the gravel from the freeways during the down pours of the weird weather we've been getting in the Bay Area. But long story short Lizard auto glass is the go to shop if you're in need of a repair for your windshield because two of our cars had been serviced by the very skilled Mr. Pedro himself that I can hardly even tell the rock chips happened. So if you're in need for repairs hit up Tanya of lizard auto glass because my man Pedro is very skilled in what he does.

Even though they gave me a window of when they would arrive, they arrived immediately at the first timeslot, which was time-saving for me. They were very approachable and allowed me to view the final product before signing. I appreciated the professionalism.

Would recommend Lizard Auto Glass ! Had our front windshield in stock and able to schedule installation the next day - they will come to your house but ours needed calibration which needs to be done at shop - courteous service too even remembered to keep our oil change reminder sticker that was on the old windshield lol would use them again !

Service was great. I was able to get a same day appointment with very little wait time. My installer, Jose was pleasant and professional. Jose gave me updates on my car service and my wait time was not long. Everyone at Lizard autoglass was attentive, professional and helpful.
