I’m posting this on behalf of my husband because his phone just broke. This is what he said: we just purchased a car from KS and it is the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Johnson is professional and helping. Knowing that we just moved here and needed to get our vehicle asap, he helped us find insurance providers which offer faster background check; he also helped us prepare and print all kinds of documents and drove us to DMV (twice!) so we can renew the license and save insurance fee. He was nice and patient all the time and no compliant. Overall, we highly recommend KS motor :)

Recently bought a 2020 Mercedes C43 AMG and my contact points were Dan and Johnson. They went above and beyond and I had a great experience. They are friendly and most importantly very transparent. The condition of the vehicle was above excellent as described. Didn't feel any pressure and the team was friendly and respectful. The price was very competitive especially for a vehicle with most desirable options. They even delivered the vehicle to my house free of charge after the transaction was completed at their showroom. Worked with Johnson...great experience. Would describe this as a boutique dealership...no bs or extra fees, straightforward. Vehicle was priced fairly and I didn't try to haggle much. Let me take it to the Lexus dealership to get it checked out prior to buying w/o making me jump through any hoops. 5/5 would recommend and will buy from KS again.

Scheduled a test drive for an excellent condition Sequoia TRD Sport. When arrived to their location, was warmly greeted by staff. They let me inspect and test drive the vehicle. Even had a chance to speak with their detailer about the SUV. Upon return the negotiation process was simple and straight forward. I did not want to waste their time and was given the same respect. I have been to many used car dealerships and this was not your average slimy group selling beat down vehicles. Highly recommend this group and will check their inventory for future purchases. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our time here and had a great experience. Austin provided excellent service and was able to work well with our budget. We drove 2 hours to go see the car so Austin was betting understanding and gave us time to think about our decision without being pushy or rushing us. He was very quick and thorough with the paperwork so we were able to complete all of it very fast. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

He is very easy going, makes everything crystal clear when it comes down to the paperwork. I recently worked with Austin to purchase a 2015 Scion FR-S from KS Motor Group. Austin prepared all of the paperwork quickly and explained what every form meant in an easy-to-understand way. He was very open to giving us advice on maintenance and all questions we had. We promptly received our car registration in the mail and are enjoying the new ride. Before settling on the purchase I had shopped around at other various dealerships, none compared. Here we felt very confident in the price and condition in the car and not pressured into making any decisions we didn't understand. I would definitely consider purchasing another car from them in the future!

I have recently bought the 2018 Lexus 450H. Works like a charm. I am from Orange County but the price was so reasonable so I had to fly all the way to San Jose to pick up the car. I just finished the 25k maintenance and replacing all 4 tires and it runs like a new car. Why pay MSRP when you can get 30% off with a 2-year-old model. Highly recommended. Austin was a wonderful representative and salesperson who helped my family and I transition into one of the last low-mileage 2019 Championship White Honda Civic Type R's in Northern California. I was very glad I browsed around and found KS Motor Group to help me acquire my new car after letting go of my beloved Honda S2000. I had spoken to Austin for a few days before I drove over to Fremont, CA to finalize the sale of the Civic Type R. Studying in Riverside, CA, driving back to Sacramento, CA for the weekend, driving to Fremont, CA to sell the Honda S2000 and pick up the Civic Type R, and then driving back to Riverside, CA to continue my undergraduate studies all in a span of three days was no easy job on my end. However, Austin and his team made sure that I had the easiest car shopping experience and ensured me the best service they could offer. Austin and I had finalized a deal that I could not say no to and I packed my things and instantly began the road trip to pick up the new Civic Type R. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Austin after I had just sold my previous car and he instantly handed over the keys for me to test drive the new car. I knew everything about the car already, so we both knew that we did not need extra time talking about the car to sell it to me even more. I took the car out for a spin, came back, and instantly started the paperwork. Austin was very easy-going and very helpful with the paperwork process. Although there were a lot of documents to fill because that was the standard, he was very helpful in explaining in-depth what each document was for and what we were to focus on in the specific document. Austin was also very efficient on his end to make sure that the whole process was not only easy, but super fast. He worked quickly on his end to ensure that everything would be done sooner and I really liked that. After the paperwork had been finished, we were good to go. We packed our things into the new car, thanked the team, and drove back to Sacramento. What gained my appreciation for KS Motor Group the most was the service they provided to me even after we had finalized paperwork and they had sold me the car. They were able to answer questions about the car after I had purchased it, as well as help me find a financing firm that was going to benefit my monthly payments even better than what we had initially agreed on. This is a definite representation of quality service to a customer, and I believe every business should aspire this kind of business model that Austin and their team demonstrated. I would recommend Austin and the rest of the KS Motor Group team for your next car purchase. Not only is their pricing more than fair, but their friendly demeanor and incredible service will make you feel at ease when shopping with them.
