Well stock and very good selection of brands and sizes. Service is a little slow and under staffed. Returns are inconvenient which is located on the 2nd floor and all the way in the back and hard to find.

Had to make an on-line exchange and love that I could do that in the store. It was very easy. Also made a purchase while I was there. The store was very clean and organized. And the associates were all very friendly and helpful!

I appreciate that I can take Amazon returns to Kohls. The bonus is that I got a 20% discount to be used in the store. I used my discount that day. Staff was friendly at each location in the store. Departments were neatly organized.
