Chris Smith is one of the best person I have worked with. I had like 20 questions on an email and he responds to all of them. He is very friendly and helpful. I was embarrassed to ask questions but he is caring and doesn't ever make you feel like you are a waste of time. He is one of the most sincere person I have ever talked to. I had problems with the company Brannons and they never ever pick up their god damn phone and I have so much trouble with them. But kadence health care is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. They are the only company I would ever use for cpap advice and supplies. Please give Chris Smith a god damn raise.

Contacted Kandence , this was an insurance referral. I needed an oxygen concentrator for my asthma and portables when I go out. My service was a quick response by phone. Verified my authorization. My delivery was scheduled. The technician that delivered was friendly. Showed me how to use the equipment set it up for me to make sure it work. Showed me where to call if I have any issues. I am very pleased with the services provided.
