Love this place, I think this was officially my first time in one of these in eons. This location has plenty of parking and is bigger than it looks from the outside.If you have trouble finding anything in particular just ask an associate and they can navigate you right towards the item or direct you how to obtain. I have yet to come across something that I could not find at this location and the prices for natural treats and selection are just right!Don't forget to stock up on holiday treats and play items for the fur babies, snooze you lose.

I just picked up a puppy, and stopped by. Celeste helped us and recommended a food our puppy loves! We also got some great toys and treats. we'll definitely be back, this is my kids favorite store now.

We come here to get our pups vaccinated with the VIP mobile vet service and to get yummy treats for them too. The vibe here is always so nice. The people working there are so friendly and you can tell they love animals. There's a large selection of treats, food and toys for our pups and they love coming here to sniff things out. Our place to get quality food for our fur babies!

Long overdo review from last Thursday as Fabian and another female co-worker were so helpful when I took my Goldendoodle to self wash for the first time.Fabian was so upbeat, friendly and funny along with being customer focused and just a nice person!!PetSmart is fortunate to have found him as they must be doing so many things right and one of them was in hiring Fabian!

Writing on behalf of my frenchie - he is very happy with the outstanding service provided by all the great staff. This place has nothing but the best here, great products! Also one last thing I would love to mention the great service I had received from an employee named Emelie she's super knowledgeable in custom diets formulated food for dogs with all needs from recipes to nutrient blends, My dog has been the happiest he's ever been ever since we got a chance to try out her recommendations. Definitely gonna be coming back soon

I love Pet Food Express for a couple reasons; super friendly staff and they carry food brands that actually care about the health of our fur babies. I've brought my dog to this location a bunch of times and am always happy to see employees greeting him, giving him treats, and even remembering his name. It makes the environment so welcoming! Would definitely recommend stopping by for treats or any addition supplements that you can't find at larger named dog stores (I can never find anything good there...)! There are some great frozen food toppers we buy regularly to add to our pups food and many of them were recommended by the staff!

I've been here many times and the staff is always kind and helpful but I wanted to leave a review specifically because my mom came here for the first time in search of new food for our cat. She's the kind of person who will research extensively online until choice fatigue kicks in and after ~45 minute visit to PFE, she came back gleaming, saying she wishes she had started coming here 11 years ago (when we got our cat). Thank you to the amazing workers for their recommendations, sharing their own experiences with their pets, and kind service. My mom was so happy and that made me really happy.

i came in here the other day to switch my dogs food since he was on a kibble diet and the person that helped me was emma, she was so knowledgeable about food it really surprised me and she even gave me some free raw food to try out because i wasnt sure if i wanted it or not its so nice knowing theres people like her who really care about the pet and dont just want to take your money this is my go to store now shout out to her i will always ask for her shes the best!!

My little 8 month old is now 60 lbs. If you're looking to bath your pet don't do it in your tub take them to Pet Express. The employees are helpful and friendly. Showed us the first time how to use the standing tubs and blow dryers. Great deal only $18 per session for 25 minutes or buy 3 get 4th free! We will be back!!!!

I came here because I was worried about my dog not eating his regular food. I was promptly helped by one of the associates who walked me through several solutions. She asked me helpful questions to learn more about why my dog might not have an appetite and listened intently to my answers. She gave me multiple options to choose from to help make food more appetizing for my dog. I will be coming again for all my pet-related needs. I highly recommend.

I love Pet Food Express! It's really great how we have a "health" pet food store nearby. They sell high quality real food for our cats. We can also get a good number of treats for our cats here as well. Prices are a little higher than they would be online but that's to be expected.

Customer Service here is undeniably A1! I meant to write a review after my initial trip in here, but got lazy and forgot. Then today David (the associate who helped me) recognized me as I was walking past the store! He must have been on his way in to work, and he even past the store's entrance to come and greet me and ask how my puppy is doing! I cannot express how much that meant to me, it was the sweetest touch! On my initial trip in here, I was so anxious/unprepared about my brand new puppy, but he was so lighthearted and warm as he showed me all the things I'd need & want, without trying to oversell. I was able to get all the necessities knocked out in one trip, but most importantly he got me set up with food my puppy LOVES, which was my biggest!! We're using the Nulo puppy kibble, and I pray that my puppy takes to all the stages of their food like they did this one!Oh & btw got a sample of beef bone broth! Didn't know I was at doggie Costco, but it was a really nice & unexpected touch!

been coming here for many years but today i was very impressed, especially with the employee Yasmine. She saw me and my partner looking at dog food ingredients and asked us if we needed any help, She Listened to what we were looking for and gave us a perfect dog food brand with exactly what we were looking for since our dog has had a skin condition and so much more, she is honestly the best and gave us more alternatives just incase we didn't like the food brands
