Got my BMW and Honda detailed by Juan, and I'm beyond impressed! Not a single detail was missed – he went above and beyond my expectations. His prices are reasonable, and it's a customer-friendly business offering top-notch service. Highly recommend!

If I could give no stars this would be it. Extremely disappointed in the service I received for my car detail in May. I should've been more skeptical with all the red flags but kept my hopes up because we were happy with this company previously for my husband's car detail last year. What went wrong:1) Extremely difficult to get a hold of - had to book and prepay my detail because I couldn't make an appointment by phone. Voicemail box was always full.2) Scheduled an appointment to drop off car, I arrived on time, BUT had to wait close to 20 minutes past scheduled drop off time for the owner to arrive.3) Factory tint of rear windshield DESTROYED (see picture). This was downplayed when the car was turned over and no offer of resolution was provided (i.e., a partial refund or offering to fix the tint itself)4) Paid for a full deluxe detail and remnants were left behind in the middle console. A cleaning rag was also left behind. If I'm paying $250+, I expect my car to be inspected thoroughly before handing it over to me during pick up.4. When faults were pointed out, the owner apologized but did not even bother to follow up or schedule me for another detail when I asked to bring the car back. (Left my text message on read)Consider this fair warning and run away from this business. If you value your car, your time, and your money, avoid this place at all costs!

This was my first experience with car detailing. Had my red 2015 Audi A4 detailed in and out. My main reason was because there was some slightly gritty stuff on the hood I couldn't easily get off. They did an awesome job. It felt like a new car! Juan even managed to get about a 2" bird etching off the roof that I missed seeing when I bought the car (lease return). He thought it would require a much more involved process, which I declined, but he tried and it wasn't as deep as he thought and it's now gone. I usually wash, wax and clean my car, so this was a treat to have it done. I thought the cost for what they did was quite fair. I would definitely bring my car here again. (I dropped it off to have the work done.)

PRISTINE QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!! Recently took in our truck for detailing. The back was being bleached out by the Cali sun. JJ worked their magic and completely restored it back to its original color. The detail on the rest of the truck was absolutely beautiful!! I could see immediacy how they took their time in detailing. It was like the truck was brand new again. I was so pleased with their service I've setup a monthly maintenance.

Juan and his team did an amazing job on my BMW 340i with great attention to detail! It was definitely worth the reasonable price and made my car look and feel brand new.I will definitely be recommending and coming back to JJ Mobile Detailing every 6-8 months because as much as a I care for and clean my car well, there's clearly no way I can do such a good job.Thanks Juan and team!

My bf took his car here for exterior polishing because he used a dish scrub when trying to get rid of sap stains and damaged the paint (eye roll). Juan did a great job not only polishing the exterior so the damages can no longer be seen, but also removing the original sap stains that were there! He is also super communicative about when the car would be able to be picked up, etc. 10/10 job!

I recently purchased a BMW alpine white. I wanted to keep the "new" car look as long as possible so I contacted Juan. He's was very responsive and kind. He thoroughly explained the process for a ceramic coating. I trusted his work and oh boy! My car looks amazing!!! It looks better than any car on the road as far as detailing goes. They may have a newer car but not the shinier one lol
