Jade Pharmacy is so quick! And their pharmacist always takes time to explain the prescriptions and how to use them properly. It’s the speed and service I have never experienced at chain pharmacies.

My family is getting medications to Jade pharmacy. The pharmacy provides great customer service. It informs about prescriptions in a timely fashion and medical advice when reqd. Pharmacy can place orders and give good suggestions about the drug. My father never received supplements in the previous pharmacy. I didn't have any troubles at Jade pharmacy. My only suggestion: to open during weekend or stay open till 8 pm on some week days.

They automatically renew your subscriptions, order them and deliver to your residence. That saves me a lot of hassles. Best of all, they also use both English and Chinese descriptive language to identify the medicines. It is very convenient for someone who can only read Chinese to use the medicines.

Great pharmacy because they are able to print the labels in Chinese for my mom to be able to understand. Very personalized service from the pharmacy staff. The pharmacist is able to consult on any item they offer for sale. Also accepts most insurance plans. If they don't have the item, they are able to order it for me. I do enjoy that it is located near the 99 market to be able to pick-up a lunch at the same time.
