Terrible service and super expensive. I will give 0 star if I could. Full of scams to get you subscribe and charge ton after you do. Also, it's super hard to cancel and no refunds for any service you paid but not used, and you have to ship back equipments at your own cost.The whole cancellation experience was terrible and painful. They made me waited for several hours for a callback. Then they asked me tons of questions why to cancel and tried to make you not to cancel with some offers sound like sales trap.When I finally cancelled, they asked me shipped back equipments and I have to PAY shipping fee myself and ship it to some other state. That's ridiculous, have never seen any companies do that when they have a local store.Furthermore, they don't refund any monthly fee even if I cancelled on the first day of billing and they know I am canceling. I didn't use the phone at all but they charged me monthly fee for $10.For the TV I paid $60 per year and shows are very out of date, youtube has more shows than it. I paid till sep 2023, they don't refund or allow me to use it until that day like other streaming companies.In sum, STAY AWAY from this company, they don't tell you anything about cancellation when you first subscribe and the monthly fee increases after first year. They told me tv was free when I first subscribed, guess what, $60 every year after first year.

It's the worst company I met ever. Continuously changing programs and down grade without notice, sales people are keeping on cheating customers, while manager can not handle issues professionally. They don't care about if you are a loyalty customer, but greedy, scammers. No more business with them.

When you search ITalkBB, whatever services you want to from it, DO NOT consider it as your option. It will ruin your life. A lot of hidden fees, difficult to get rid of. Even when you closed everything, you still need to pay from your own pocket to ship the equipment back. They will let you spend a lot of money on them.

We have been using ItalkBB for a long time, both the phone and TV service. Since now we have lots other choices we decided to cancel the TV service. Well, they make it very difficult to cancel and no refunds at all. Their service center is in China and have very bad attitude service staff there. Beware!

I love this place, the people are extremely helpful and nice, and they are very patient to me. They explained every detail carefully, and when I called back to ask them some questions, they also very polite. The price is also reasonable, and I have referred a few friends to sign up their service and received a rice cooker from them. I know that if you be nice to people, people are going to do the same to you, good job, guys!

I travel here a lot and it is very convenient for me to have the phone service. with that service, I can call my friends and family with no easily with my phone, yes, with my cell phone. you only need to download their APP, and you can make calls with that APP. very thoughtful and nice. more importantly, cheap. you can't have that service here anywhere else with that price.

I subscribe ItalkBB because they provide me a China mobile sim card. For work reason, I need a sim that receive verification code from China. You know, it doesn't make sense to fly back China only for one sim card. Any I don't want my business stuck there because of losing the verification code. Italkbb solved this big problem for me. I recommend, because the reasonable charge. Once I lost my sim, they don't charge the activation fee. You know, most telecom company will charge you more whatever the sim was lost or broken. Recommend someone who work like me, try the combo cards from ItalkBB.
