“Today I visited this T-Mobile store to get my child’s Apple Watch set up, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The process ended up taking three hours due to a necessary device update, but Levi and Jose turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an incredibly positive experience.
From the moment I walked in, Levi and Jose were professional, patient, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain each step of the process and ensured that everything was set up correctly. Their dedication and expertise were evident, and their friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant.
What really stood out to me was how Levi and Jose completely turned around my perception of T-Mobile’s customer service. I had previously had some negative experiences with phone and chat support, but their exceptional service in-store changed that.
