Mike and his team worked efficiently in our new commercial space for a financial institution. They helped pick up the slack after the GC fed the cables throughout our unit. Very thorough and made everything easy to understand for us not so tech savvy individuals. Just reached out to Mike again on an new request to add more ports. Great team and the CIO had nothing but praise for the job done under short notice.

Our church purchased an older office building in Hayward and converted it into a worship facility. One of our biggest needs was Internet service to allow us to livestream our services from both of the sanctuaries we created and we could only get slower Internet service from providers for the first three years. Mike Rivera and the InstaLam team came in created an interior wiring scheme that made the best of the service we had until we could FINALLY get fiber service into the building. Not only did they enable us to get by in the interim but when the fiber service was finally installed just recently, the system they had created seamlessly enabled us to get the most from the much improved Internet service. This team really knew what they were doing and has set us up for the future with a minimum of effort on our part. Great job!

From my personal account, I want to recognize InstaLAN. I work in IT in the Manufacturing industry, an operation that works 24/7/365 with critical systems and more than 600 network drops (Cooper and OF) where good communication and coordination are essential to complete work on critical network infrastructure. We recently finished a complex job in our MDF, during year-end times and extended schedules, we found communication, flexibility and the willingness of the supplier and his staff was essential for the project to be completed successfully. As is normal in any project that involves major changes, different difficulties arose, which they helped us to identify and overcome successfully. Of course, I would recommend them as a reliable provider.

Great service on short notice.There estimate came out lower than the other companies we asked bid for. I was a little skeptical about the price but we were on a tight deadline and the other contractors were not available. Long story short we went with InstaLAN Systems who did a great job. Quality workmanship, excellent communications and provided us a record of cable location on a floor plan. I highly recommend them.
