Location was good, and the prices were pretty much always the lowest among similar standard hotels in the area. However the young guy who worked at the front desk as the night shift feels like not really like what he does at all, there was never any smile on his face. And he would always smash whatever he gives to you on the desk instead of handing to you directly. Not sure where he got the attitude from really.

Tucked away in a corner just off the highway. Stayed here for a few days—great service, kind staff, and a nice hot breakfast every day! One note for recent/upcoming guests that the road closure (construction zone!) sign as you turn onto Landing Pkwy is a bit misleading, but you are still able to get all the way to the hotel before the road closure begins!

Location is very remote - nothing walking distance for food. Hotel pool is not clean. Room amenities are scarce. Comfy beds and clean, quiet rooms though!!

First off, I'm a little surprised that I didn't get the usual request for feedback after my Hilton stay. In light of my experience, I'm getting the impression that management at this property really don't care what I think anyway.
Prior to traveling, I got a really good impression when I phoned in to check on flexibility if I need to change my stay to two days rather than the three booked. I was assured by the person answering the phone that they go the extra mile, and that I would have no problem with an early departure. This trip was entirely self-funded and I didn't want to spend more than I had to. In the end, the initial good feeling that I got led me to decide to stay the entire three nights and enjoy the property while I could.
Check-in was fantastic, I was recognized as a Gold member and immediately given keys to my room along with a bag of goodies.
Check-out was another story. I needed a quiet place to take care of some study time for an assignment that I was working on. When I requested a late check-out, I was dismayed to find that a Gold member would not be allowed to stay a minute past 11:00. This also came as a surprise, as the property didn't seem to be at all busy. The parking lot was mostly empty and at breakfast I never saw more than one or two other tables occupied in the breakfast room.
At least I was allowed to bring all my stuff down to the breakfast room at 11:00 and take care of my studies there. In my haste, upon leaving, I forgot the suitcase that I had put out of the way behind my chair. I didn't realize that I was missing this essential item until I was most of the way back to Los Ángeles. Although it was clearly labeled on the outside with my name and phone number, zero attempt was made by hotel reception to inform me of the oversight. With a quick phone call after it was discovered, I could have easily gone back to retrieve it.
When I called in to inquire about my suitcase, they were able to confirm that it was there, but were unable to provide any options for me to pay to have it shipped back to my house. I had to get a local friend of a friend to go and pick it up.
So my disappointment was triple - no late checkout for a Gold member, no effort made to alert a customer to a suitcase left behind, and no willingness to work with me to recover the suitcase. I have no doubt that if I had been given the opportunity to take an hour to complete my study work in my room before checking out instead of having to use the breakfast room as my study hall, I would not have left the suitcase behind.
In summary, a stay that started off with high expectations turned into a major disappointment.
EDIT: I was contacted by the hotel manager after leaving this review. He listened to my concerns and seemed genuine when he said that my feedback would be taken seriously.

The staff was pretty dismissive and borderline rude. My room was infested with ants. We told the staff and they did nothing about it. Also it To 5 attempts to get out key to work only to find out there was a MAN IN OUR ROOM!! Then when we changed rooms our keys didn’t work again. There were mounds of trash outside on the grounds and thus reduced parking.
Rooms: Ant infestation DO NOT BOOK HERE

Hotel was ok but pretty beat up for the price. The fridge was missing the magnetic strip so I had to toss out most of my food in the morning.

I chose to not stay here after receiving a condescending attitude from the manager on duty. Will not book here in the future. Went to a hotel just down the street that isn’t as updated, but with far friendlier staff.

The staff here was pleasant. The location was quiet. Rooms where clean and very spacious. The bed was amazing and was fabulous and well I lifted the sheets to see what make it was LOL yup I did that and laughed doing it then told my sister who laughed, but it will also be one of the reason I go stay here again, the other reason is the parking, my big truck had no issue opening the doors (YEAH!).Rooms: Welcoming and comfortableSafety: Felt safe walking my service dog (avalanche/service dog) outside at night

Hotel is realty old and dated. In need of upgrade. Rooms are decent. The Hilton garden inn close by is a much better hotel.Went to ask for a bottle of water at the reception, she pointed me to the vending machine. I am Hilton Diamond member, probably I should take my business to Marriott!

Didn't stay here. Went inside to wash up. Don't have anywhere to stay. Lobby front desk gal was super friendly. She was very kind. I parked outside for a few hours and was not a problem.Noteworthy details: Quality front desk gal. Wish I knew her name. Was late at night and she is blonde.
