I had 2 diamond rings resized. Wouldn't trust leaving my diamonds at just any jeweler, so drove 60 miles for peace of mind. They are honest, trustworthy, friendly, and do excellent work.

Came in several years ago for a jewellery repair and ring resizing I was able to get help from a gentleman named Scott. He was able to get the work done faster and more efficiently than any other jewellery store around. He was incredibly nice, helpful and did impeccable work. Came by recently to ask for him and said he is no longer with the company. The turn around times now are not ideal and the guy that tried to help me was not a consummate professional. I wish they would bring Scott back! He's the best!

Very nice owner! My poor almost fiancé bought an engagement ring and was allowed to get a full refund 24 hours later when I declined his proposal despite a receipt saying no returns.

They broke a very expensive 18kt gold chain and told me it broke becuz it was weak. They offered me 1/3 of what others offered and refused to repair what THEY BROKE!! That place will burn up in flames or their home for their deceitful practices. Karma will prevail. Such a sad and pathetic business operation. They should have fixed it and at least apologize for breaking my chain, but they did neither to merely accuse outside factors for their own lack of care in handling another's merchandise! Deserve 0000...ZERO STARS!...0000

Dont waist your time bringing in Scrap gold for sale unless you want to donate it. Offered me 50 dollars for a solid gold watch,Two stores down got 200.00. on-line I was offered 305.00 in justthe Gold Value but took the local 200.00 offer.

Found 1 loose stone in my ring while driving home. I took it to Nelson's. They found 1 very loose stone and 3 others which were loose. Ring left for repairs. Very friendly and thorough on their assessing. Reputable! My personal jewelers! Totally trust their work.
