Mike was super friendly, informative and helpful. We didn't find the walker that fit all of my grandma's needs but Mike was knowledgeable and courteous in answering our questions and providing suggestions. We left with more insight and understanding of what could best fit our needs.

Very thorough, prompt and customer friendly. Only suggestion I can make is it will be great if their website is up and running soon and also if they can arrange for gender specific rather than generic underwear. Great experience.

My son took his chair there. They kept it for months to do some simple repairs to it. Not only did it take forever to get done but they didn't do half the repairs that were requested. He ordered a chair through them. They didn't fit him for the chair he had to submit the order form to them and he had to enter all the measurements which is something that they should be doing as they are the "professionals" now we are trying to call them and no one picks up. This is the only company in the area that deal with wheelchairs so mow we drive to San jose 30 min away to get his chairs serviced.

Our family has been working with Justin to get a power wheelchair for my father-in-law and he has been super communicative and responsive during this whole process. We are grateful for all his help!

We were in need of a walker that would fit a man 6'4" , this was our first (and only) stop because we had shopped there years ago. Walked in and were greeted right away, they found us one that was still in the box but opened it and set it up so he could try it out. It was perfect, but it was so nice of them to do all that without knowing we would even buy it. We were able to get all the stuff we needed in one stop which was great, saves us the hassle of shopping somewhere else. I'll be honest I didn't research prices, but their prices seemed reasonable, not as much as we thought it would cost. I'm sorry I didn't catch our sales persons name, either Zack or Jeremy? but he was extremely helpful and friendful, and so was the rest of the staff. We will continue to shop there and I highly recommend them!

I needed a mobile scooter ASAP; they came through in a pinch, delivering it to my location and picking it up (albeit a bit delayed) from that same location. No muss, no fuss with the documentation and fees charged. Made my life easier, if only for three days!

Business non existing. Not at listed address. No answer phones. Supposed to provide durable medical equipment. A total run around. Don't bother. Listed as provider by Adventist physician.

This family owned business has been running for a long time and they know what they're doing. Zack was extremely helpful and saved me time with the whole rental process. Quick, easy and affordable, what more can you ask for.

Yes we got a wonderful lift to take the trailer the little scooter around with us and then we can get around like crazy it's been wonderful thanks to the VA and the outfit that they contract with the next one job that grand wheel chair and a medical supply they were very friendly and did an excellent job thank you bye
